14 FAQs Q: How do we order Cybera ONE for multiple locations? A: An agreement is signed by your corporate office as opposed to individual orders by retail locations. Q: If a retailer decides to add options at a later date, will they need to purchase or upgrade their appliance? A: Typically no, Cybera can add new applications without adding or upgrading your appliance. In some cases we may exchange a unit if needed. Q: Is there an extra charge for 24-hour customer support? A: There are no additional fees for utilizing our support.

A: Cybera ONE s base application package includes: managed firewall, intrusion detection service, management and monitoring, and remote logging.
