The United Arab Emirates led by Dubai & Abu Dhabi are among the world s leaders within aviation, being home to Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways, as well as some of the World s largest airports. Their double digit industry growth has led the aviation industry in Dubai alone to contribute with 27% of the emirate s GDP and employ more than 416,000 people. Current projects include constructing Dubai World Central, the World s by far largest airport. Minister visit and Aviation Delegation for Danish Exporters From 30 th October to 1 st November 2016, The Royal Danish Consulate General, Dubai, the Royal Danish Embassy, Abu Dhabi and the Danish Export Association are arranging an aviation delegation trip in connection with the visit of the Minister of Business and Growth, Troels Lund Poulsen. The main events during these days are visits and introductions to senior management of Emirates Airlines, Etihad Airways, Dubai Airports and Abu Dhabi Airports. You can chose either the airline track or airport track or participate with more representatives to cover both tracks. For more information and registration see the following pages. 9 Participation in one track DKK: 12,000* What s included: The participation entitles your company to take part in one of the tracks in the delegation program. This includes; networking lunches, reception, participation in meetings, bus transportation etc. Each participating company can bring two company representatives to participate in the official program, as well as invite up to three guests to the evening reception at the Consul General s Residence. Plane tickets and accommodation are not included but the consulate can assist with booking a hotel. Participation in both tracks (airline and airport) DKK: 15,000* What s included: The participation entitles your company to take part in both tracks of the delegation program.
