Our race we have 121 racers. We have few difficult challenges as we are new organizer of the Finnish Rally championship. Even so I think that we have managed at least well. In this guide we don t tell rules, only specialties of this race. We hope that you read Enset Oy SM-Ralli rules and also Finnish Rally championship rules. 4 If competitor don t use gas stations for re-fueling, it is allowed to use re-fuel zones by yourself from own containers in allowed areas, you must inform organizer of own re-fueling. Remark this if you are using RE85, You are not able to drive route without use the re-fuel zones. Competitors are responsible for keep the GPS tracking device ON during the reconnaissance and give them back to the Rally Office after reconnaissance. Please remember charge (USB power unit) the device during the reconnaissance Saturday from 7.00 GPS tracking device will be given at the Rally Office. GPS tracking device will be given back at the Finish of the Rally. If competitor retires during the Rally, device must be given back to official s with the proof of retirement. All disappeared devices will be charged afterward. We will be testing the Championship Safety Tracking Devices emergency switches in the rally. When you are shown a sign Paina hätänappia / Press the Emergency Switch, please press hard on either of the blue buttons on the emergency switch for a few seconds. Also read the tracking instructions given to you. 2.5 Dressing and shower facilities In the Rally HQ, first floor is the location where are dressing rooms, toilets and Showers. 2.6 Restaurants In the Rally HQ restaurant Warelius will serve you on Friday and Saturday from 6.30 to They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, also coffee. At the service park there is a coffee, soda and sausages. 3. Scrutineering Before the rally there will be a safety inspection as informed in supplementary regulations. Scrutineering is held near Rally HQ at Vammalan Ammattikoulu, Ratakatu 36, Sastamala Competitor number- and windscreen stickers must be installed before scrutineering. Fuel sticker will be place to windscreen s right upper corner (Co-drivers side), if sticker is removed after previous FRC competition. Turbocharger will be sealed and sealing wires must be intact and wide enough. Please remember to bring drivers safety equipment (2016 regulations) to the safety inspection also.

Insurance Insurance policy documents must be kept in a rally car during whole competition also during recce. If rally car is temporarily registered and insured those documents must always been kept in rally car during the Rally. If you need help for getting temporary insurance, please contact tanja.tuomisto@hotmail.fi Katsasta Sastamala - (inspection company) will provide temporary traffic insurance and registration matters Harjukatu 3, Sastamala puh Reconnaissance Reconnaissance SS 1-8 Friday hours , classes 1-4 will start at SS 5, classes 5-10 will start at SS 1. Reconnaissance on special stage 9 for classes 1-10 Friday hours More information from FRC-rules, part 10 and Enset Oy SM-Rally rules part Trailers Near the Rally HQ and Service Park is area for the trailers, address Vammaksentie 1, Sastamala. Please notice that you can unload your trailer only in this area. From this area there is sings to Rally HQ. 7. Service Park Locates in area of the Rally HQ, Ratakatu, Sastamala, in the area there is a night watch. 7.1 Flexi-service We use Flexi-Service, when racers arrive to TC 4C, they get time to start from TC 4D and also starting (sticker) time for service. They must place sticker to window of the rally car, where judges can see it. You must leave rally car immediately after placed it to service area. 8. Information from Special stages All of the special stages are new, so you can t use earlier notes

Schedule during the rally 9.1 Timetable 9.2 Service and re-group There is one (1) service free halt by the route and 2 (two) re-groups at classes Tire change and external light unit fitting During the Rally on the liaison section between TC 2B and TC 3A and TC 6B to TC 7A includes option to use Tire change and external light unit zone as informed on Finnish Rally Championship 2016 article 15.8 and 15.9 regulations. These areas locate in direct proximity ABC Huittinen and ABC Kiikoinen. In this area service can arrive 15 minutes before racers

7 9.4 Re-fuel Please, look at FRC rules article 16. There are three (3) re-fuel zones for E85 / FIA fuel, ABC Huittinen, ABC Kiikoinen and after TC 4D. In addition three (3) gas station pumps. 9.5 Allowed re-fuel gas stations ABC Huittinen, Loimijoentie 89, Huittinen, 6 pumps cash/card NESTE Häijää, Kauppakuja 1, Sastamala, 8 pumps cash/card ABC Kiikoinen, Taitajantie 3, Sastamala, 4 pumps cash/card ATTENTION! E85 gasoline in only available in ABC Huittinen station. 9.6 Re-fuel distances Liasions includes also route Rally HQ Start. Distance from Rally HQ to Start of the Rally is 30,1 km. 9.8 Finish classes 1-10 Finish TC 9C. Free entry for classes 1-10, after that please follow instructions. Only prize winners drive to the podium, other racers to service are. 9.9 Retirement If you have to stop during SS for technical or for any other reason, remember to use warning triangle to inform other competitors. If you need medical help use/show SOS sign, for inform other competitors and officials. If you don t need medical assistance use OK sign. If you have to retire the competition, call

There is no possibility to fetch rally cars away from is SS is used two times in a row. 10.
