9 9B8 FUEL You can use only fuels that can be bought at petrol stations. It cannot contain any additional material except water or octane number raiser. Participants without Hungarian licence have to rent the box before the administrative scrutineering. Rental fee: 120 Euro / race vehicle. Changing of road book is after the regroupping of IE 10 and IE B13.3 LIMITED DELAY Between two time control zone the limited delay is 30 minutes. One hour per a day. Only race vehicles can get into the service park. Service cars only can enter after the pick up of the service table. IN every service park area the car owners must use min. 5x4 m foil under the vehicle. Every service must take care of the environment not to leave polluting materials. Sport referees and technical supervisors check pollution and the foil. Rábaköz Cup. - Foreign competitors can participate on the rally in OPEN category with international licence or his host ASN s licence with international start permission incl compeitor s insurance 11/12

12 - In OPEN category every suit 4X4 vehicle can entry with closed car-body that can be driven with B category driving licence and does not hurt the Hungarian traffic rules, has the necessary permissions to participate in the transport and technical supervisors declare it suitable ont he technical scrutineering. Rollover structure as FIA J appendix describes is recommended! - Both side of the vehicle must be marked with the national flag and the names of the competitors with 4-10 cm tall letters. Always the recent side s competitor s name has to be in the first line above. - in OPEN category closes wear and minimum E sign helmet is obligatory. - 1 pc, 2 kg fire estinguisher must be in the vehicle - towing eye compulsory ont he front and the rear side of vehicle, (inner diameter min 50mm, the place of the towing eye must be signed bí red or yellow arrows) - mirrors on both side of the vehicle compulsory - minimum one well locked spare wheel and suitable car-jack compulsory. - min 5 Ton, well fatsened tow rope compulsory. - GPS equipment is obligatory. See In OPEN category vehicles does not have group and class classification, and doesn t count into CEZ classification.
