1 Crystal Smoke Detector Two 9V Duracell 9V 1. Twist counter-clockwise until detector become loose from base. 2. Replace batteries observing correct polarity. 3. Replace detector by twisting clockwise until it locks into place. TX Smoke Duracell 123, Panasonic CR123A Sanyo CR123A 1. Remove the battery from the base by turning counterclockwise. 2. Slide the battery compartment cover towards the outside of the unit. Lift the cover off. 3. Observing correct polarity, replace batteries and compartment 4. Remove the cover by inserting a flat blade of a small screwdriver at the notched location on the cover to pop it off. 2. Slide the circuit board out from the case. Norte that it fits inside a channel on the inside of the case and be sure to put it back the same way for proper fit. 3. Install battery, observing correct polarity. 4. Replace circuit board into case. 5. Replace cover (snap fit). TX Recessed Door Lithium CR2032 Coin Battery (5-8 year lifespan) 1. Unscrew the top of the contact. 2. Carefully pull the circuit board out of the case. Before removing, notice that it fits inside a channel on the inside of the case. DO NOT pull out by the antenna wire! 3. Slide the battery onto the circuit board unit with the plus (+) side up. 4. Slide the circuit board back into the case. Remove cover from base by pressing a flathead screwdriver into the slot on the bottom and turning 90 degrees. 2. Place small flathead screwdriver in the slot between the metal clip and the battery and twist slightly, holding back one of the black plastic edges holding the battery. 3. Replace the battery with the + side facing out. 4. Replace sensor cover on the base by aligning the tamper switch with the plastic tamper tab and snap into place R Wireless Motion 1. 5 Panic Button 3.6 ½ AA Lithium 1. Remove two screws on back of sensor and separate the front and back plastic. 2. Remove battery, and observing correct polarity, replace. 3. Reassemble the sensor. (To ensure water resistance, be careful not to damage rubber gasket lining.) Panic Button 3.6 ½ AA Lithium (8-10 year lifespan) Panic Button (Pendant or Wrist Watch) Duracell DL2032 or Panasonic CR Remove the 4 screws on the back of the button to separate the cover and base. (You may need to rock the cover to release the tight O-ring seals). 2. Remove battery, and observing correct polarity, replace. 3. Reassemble the button; make sure to align the cover s LED indicator with the boards LED. Simon Panel Control Panel 6V 1.2AH (GE #60-914) 1. Depress the 2 small tabs on top of the console to open. 2. While letting the face hang down, slightly pull apart the tabs holding the battery in place. 3. Remove battery, and observing correct polarity, replace. 4. Replace Concord 4 Control Panel 12V 5AH 1. Open cabinet. 2. Remove black and red wire leads from the existing battery. 3. Observing correct polarity (red and black square on the battery) connect wire leads to the new battery. 4. Secure cabinet.
