5 Transportation Airport arrivals You can use the airport shuttle to downtown Toulouse that leaves every 20 minutes. It stops at the Pierre Baudis Conference Centre, the centre of Toulouse, Jeanne d Arc station, Jean Jaures station. - For the Mercure Atria hotel, stop at "Pierre Baudis Conference Centre, - For the others hotels, stop at "Jean Jaurès station". Alternatively, you can take a taxi (airport-downtown average fare: 35). Conference days (mornings-evenings) On the first conference day (Tuesday) between 11:30 and 13:00 a special shuttle transfer will be organised from the selected downtown hotels (only) to the conference centre. Every other morning and every afternoon a bus will transport attendees from and to the selected downtown hotels at fixed times. Details about meeting point and departure times will be sent with your registration confirmation. 6 Welcome Lunch A welcome lunch buffet is organized for Symposium attendees at the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis on Tuesday 23 rd June from 12:00 to 14:00. Please confirm your participation using the Registration form Dinner Party The dinner party will take place on Wednesday 24 th June. Transportation will be provided. A detailed invitation will be included in the welcome pack you will receive on site. Please confirm your participation and indicate the number of accompanying persons in the Registration form Partners Programme For the persons accompanying you, a tour of Cordes sur Ciel site is scheduled on Wednesday 24 th June. Further details regarding the programme and schedule will be available on and will be distributed on site. Please fill in Register Partners Programme form as required. Visit of A380 Assembly Line (for Symposium attendees only) A visit of the A380 assembly line is proposed to Symposium attendees on Thursday 25 th June in the afternoon.
