The conference place The conference takes place in the ENSAT (School of Engineering), located in Auzeville-Tolosane, a city close to Toulouse. By Bus and metro To reach the ENSAT campus, you need to take: Metro LINE B: get off at Ramonville station, take bus 62, and get off at Moulin Armand stop. OR Metro LINE B: get off at Université Paul Sabatier station, take bus 81, and get off at Moulin Armand stop. THEN: you will have to walk along the Avenue de l Agrobiopole for 700m:

2 By train The Toulouse-Matabiau railway station is located in the city center of Toulouse. This train station has a metro station called Marengo-SNCF. By taking it, Basso-Cambo direction, you have two solutions to reach the ENSAT. Firstly you have to change metro line at Jean-Jaurès by taking LINE B. Then you have to get off at Ramonville station, take bus 62, and get off at Moulin Armand stop. Finally, you have to walk along the Avenue de l Agrobiopole for 700m. Secondly you have to change metro line at Jean-Jaurès by taking LINE B. Then you have to get off at Université Paul Sabatier station, take bus 81, and get off at Moulin Armand stop. By plane The international Toulouse-Blagnac airport is located 20 minutes away from Toulouse city center. You will be able to reach the ENSAT or the main metro stations of the city center of Toulouse thanks to taxis, a tramway and a shuttle. If you take the shuttle, get off at Jean-Jaurès and take the metro at Jean-Jaurès LINE B, Ramonville direction. If you take the tramway, get off at Palais de Justice and take the metro at Palais de Justice LINE B, Ramonville direction. Once in the metro, you will have two choices. EITHER: You get off at Ramonville station, take bus 62, and get off at Moulin Armand stop. Then, walk along the Avenue de l Agrobiopole for 700m. AEROSCOPIA AND AIRBUS VISIT: Wednesday, July 6 th Buses will come to pick you up at ENSAT after the lunch and will bring you to the Aeroscopia and Airbus visit. During Airbus you will have to present: - Only your valid identity card or passport if you are a UE member - Only your valid passport if you are not a UE member Please be careful: only small items will be accepted in the bus. 14:10 Meeting point: Welcome Desk 14:20 : Departure 15:00-17:00 Aeroscopia museum visit During the Aeroscopia museum visit, thanks to the flashcode, you can download the mobile application. You will access directly to the Aeroscopia museum website and to get a museum guided visit. 17:15 Airbus visit Then, the bus will bring you to the gala dinner at Ecuries de la Tour. 4. Gala dinner: Wednesday, July 6 th 19:00 Gala dinner at Ecuries de la Tour After dinner, two buses are organized to bring you back to Toulouse at four stops: - Jeanne d Arc, metro station - Carmes, metro station - Ramonville, metro station - AER Hotel, close to ENSAT By taxi 6. How to reach the Toulouse Blagnac airport? Ask for `Toulouse Blagnac airport.
