On the Ship T tab in the Shipping windw, type the address f the persn r cmpany where the shipment is t be delivered. 2. On the Service tab: Click the dwn arrw in the UPS Service bx and select a service. Click the dwn arrw in the Package Type bx and select a type. Click the dwn arrw in the Bill Transprtatin T bx and select wh pays the transprtatin cst t ship the package, shipment, r mvement. Type the weight f the package in the Package Weight bx. The Optins tab shws the available shipment and package ptins. Nte: Quantum View Ntify is available under Shipment Optins and Package Optins. This dcument will fllw the Shipment Optin. Click the Recipients buttn. 6. The Quantum View Ntify Recipients (Shipment) windw appears. Cmplete the infrmatin fr up t five recipients. Specify the ntificatin type(s) fr each recipient. Review the Quantum View Ntify infrmatin by clicking the Quantum View Ntify Details buttn. 10. The Quantum View Ntify Details (Shipment) windw appears. This windw is read-nly. Delivery Ntificatin an message alerts the recipient(s) abut the delivery f a package r shipment, including the date, time, and name f the recipient. The fllwing Quantum View Ntify shipment and package ntificatin ptins appear if yu als select the Return Services shipment ptin: Label Creatin an alerts the recipient(s) that labels were created. In-Transit an alerts the recipient(s) that a package r shipment is in transit. Exceptin Ntificatin an message alerts the recipient(s) f a rescheduled delivery date. Delivery Ntificatin an message alerts the recipient(s) abut the delivery f a package r shipment, including the date, time, and name f the recipient.
