2 Optional Control Panels to provide stand-alone gas detection systems IAM/IAM 100 MGS150 MGS 250 ST-IAM/MGS 350 Standard s Temperature Rating *-20 C to +50 C IAM C Allows up to 16 sensors per panel which can be integrated for system expansion MGD/MGD 100 (IP41) 1 or 2 Channel 3 to 6 Channel 1 or 2 alarm levels 110VAC/ 220VAC operation 4-20 ma input Extra channels can be disabled using a resister MGS/MGS 150/ MGS Modbus (IP41) MGS 250 ST-MON 350 (Modbus) The ST-MON 350 is a combined data collection, monitoring and alarm system for small refrigeration installations User friendly LCD graphic screen records temperature readings Visual and audible alarms alert if thresholds are exceeded Alarms can be monitored off site as well as on site Stored data and graphs can be retrieved by connecting to a printer, PC or modem Eliminates false alarms as sensors can be individually programmed for one or more levels of alarm with individual delays Can connect with up to 16 MGS sensors using a direct signal 4-20 ma input Can connect with up to 65 ST-IAM sensors using data protocol. IAM/IAM 100 (IP30) ST-IAM/MGS 350 (IP41) Optional s MGD/MGD 100 MGS 150 MGS 250 ST-IAM/MGS 350 Temperature Rating *-40 to + 50 C IP66 (optional splashguard) A very robust enclosure for high levels of dust moisture or where condensation is present. In heavy spray or wash down areas a splashguard can be added. Splash guard (Standard s only) For existing installations /high water spray/wash down areas and to protect from vandalism in public areas. Alarms can be seen through the clear front window and slots on the side and bottom allow for gas to flow. IP66 with Remote head Sensor Similar to the IP66, but for remote areas which are difficult to access, out of eye-line or compressure enclosures. (M42 thread fitting on remote head). IP66 with Pressure Relief Valve Sensor To monitor blow off or weeping from pressure relief valves. Normally teed off vent pipe line to exterior. IP66 with Exd Rated Remote Sensor Head To monitor hazardous areas where ATEX rating is required such as areas with flammable gases. A more cost effective sensor to the full Exd model. The enclosure is placed outside the ATEX area with the remote sensor fitted inside the area. Certified to ATEX Exd 11C T5, Zone 1, Zone 2 (Sensor Element only). IP66 Airflow Duct Mount To monitor refrigerant leaks in air conditioning systems or any gas in an airflow or ducts while allowing easy access to the sensor for maintenance. It is mounted on the outside of the duct and a pitot sample tube extends into the duct. The airflow goes in one leg of the pitot up into the sensor enclosure where the sensor head lies and back out into the duct. Exd Exd To monitor hazardous areas where flammable gases, vapour fumes or dust are present. The enclosure is approved for Zone 1 and Zone 2. It is flame proof, explosion proof, and weather proof (ATEX, Ex d IIB+H2 T6 IP66). Designed with individually certified EXD main housing enclosure and certified Exd sensor enclosures. The final Exd Gas Monitor assemblies (main enclosure and sensor assembly) have not been certified as a complete unit. *Exceptions: Electrochemical Sensor detect from -20 C to +40 C. Sensors can detect as low as -40 C up to 40 C for ammonia (NH3) 0-2,000 ppm only
