5 Organizational issues Registration and costs The costs are RMB, excl. VAT per participant, and excluding airfare and visa. An advance payment of RMB is due with your registration. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 15. Due to this limited capacity we need your written confirmation by 15 February Cancellations after that date will not be refunded.
