5 KEYNOTE SPEAKER DAN CHASE Abraham Lincoln's Legacy as a Model for Leadership Returning for a second year at our workshop is Dan Chase. We received excellent reviews last year on Dan s presentation, Restoring the Honor of Public Service. Join us this year and hear his motivational presentation on Abraham Lincoln s Legacy as a Model for Leadership. Dan Chase is originally from Laie, Hawaii. He has been involved with leadership training in the public, private, and education sectors and currently serves as the Training Manager for the State of Utah s Department of Human Resource Management. He has been an adjunct faculty member for the Organizational and Leadership Strategy Department at Brigham Young University (BYU) and the Communications Department and Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. He earned an M.P.A. from BYU and is currently finishing his Ph.D. at the University of Utah with a research emphasis on organizational and public leadership. Mr. Chase and his wife Annie reside in Riverton, Utah, and have one son, Dallas.

12 TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION Complimentary shuttle service - The Burlington Hilton Hotel offers a shuttle service from the Burlington International Airport to the Hotel as requested. The shuttle service is available from 6 AM to 10 PM. Shuttle service to the airport is available from the Hotel at the top of every hour. Taxi Service - The Burlington Hilton Hotel is approximately 4 miles from the airport and costs approximately $13 for local taxi service.
