We added 10 new clients and expanded portfolios with 9 existing clients. Notable new assignments in the last 12 months included US Cellular Plaza, Chicago and Chatham Centre, Schaumburg, 637,000 s.f. and 205,000 s.f. Class A office complexes respectively. We were also hired for property maintenance services for a 25 building industrial portfolio totaling 10,800,000 s.f. and for a 4 building office portfolio totaling 780,000 s.f. New additions include some of Chicago's biggest and bestknown office buildings: Civic Opera (915,000 s.f.), 515 N. State (622,000 s.f.), 222 S. Riverside (1.2 million s.f.), 224 S. Michigan (388,000 s.f.) and 200 W. Jackson (488,000 s.f.). JLL also continued to bolster its industrial management portfolio, which now includes properties totaling more than 14 million s.f. MBRE was awarded several new, notable and highly visible property management assignments within the past year including the opening preparations and operations of the renowned Maggie Daley Park for the Chicago Park District on Chicago's lakefront; Chicago's Riverwalk, also for the Chicago Park District; and the six Tollway Oases servicing Illinois Tollway patrons. The firm's healthcare group also assumed management of nine Illinois Bone & Joint Institute properties totaling 401,891 s.f. throughout Chicago, and another 500,000 s.f. in medical office properties across the country.
