Measure student achievement level against worldwide IB MYP/DP standards Described in rubrics IB teachers give students with each IB assignment Range from 1 (low) to 7 (high) MYP scores reported in addition to traditional grades on spring progress report F F D C B A- A+ Poor Weak Mediocre Satisfactory Good Very Good Excellent Middle Years Programme
23 Earning MYP Certificate & IB Diploma MYP Certificate Study across 6 subject areas + Personal Project Score a total of at least 28 (of 49) points in MYP assessments across all 6 subjects & Personal Project Scores range from 1 (low) to 7 (high) PP score must be 3 or higher Students are assessed annually in MYP courses, and formative MYP scores are reported each spring Certificate based on 10 th grade summative assessments Complete 20 hours of Community Service each year at MHS (40 total across grades 9/10) Middle Years Programme IB Diploma Study across 6 subject areas + TOK + Extended Essay Score a total of at least 24 (of 45) points in DP assessments across 7 DP subjects & Extended Essay Scores range from 1 (low) to 7 (high) in subjects Scores are A-F in ToK, EE Students are assessed over the two years IB exams May (11 th -12 th grade) Pass both Theory of Knowledge & Extended Essay Complete Creativity, Activity, and Service experiences over 11 th & 12 th grades (roughly 150 hours)
