1 Paris, 3 March 2011 Press Release On 7 March, new multi-line advantages and new range of fixed and mobile call plans: solutions designed for every household, priced to meet every budget The Multi-line advantages solution from Bouygues Telecom is designed for the modern household: all customers with a call plan who live at the same address as an ideo customer can now take advantage of discount rates for their mobile call plan. All call plans (Bouygues Telecom, Universal Music Mobile or Internet with a 3G+ dongle) are eligible, even older plans. The offer is limited to three call plans per household in addition to the ideo plan. Bouygues Telecom is also innovating with the first ever custom-tailored quadruple play solution, a new and larger catalogue of simpler fixed and mobile plans at more attractive rates than ever before: ideo is now compatible with all new unrestricted mobile call plans (Evasio.2, Neo.4, Neo.4 for smartphone, Neo 24/24). Bouygues Telecom is not passing on the 7-percentage point increase in VAT to customers in these new mobile rates. 15/month reduction already included in the ideo rate and 7/month reduction split among each of the additional mobile plans.

2 Multi-line Advantages : even more savings for ideo households Following the announcement in January 2011 that it will not pass on the VAT increase to customers for mobile plans, Bouygues Telecom is again showing how much it values its customers with the Avantages Multi-lignes solution. From 7 March, all Bouygues Telecom or Universal Music Mobile contract customers who live in a household with the ideo offer will benefit from a discount on their mobile phone bill. All Bouygues Telecom call plans are eligible for the Multi-line Advantages discounts, including older contracts: Thanks to Multi-line Advantages an ideo household can save up to 45 euros a month (including 15 euros in savings already included in the ideo contract cost). To activate the Multi-line Advantages discounts, customers with an ideo plan simply log on to their account on the Bouygues Telecom website Esp@ce Client and enter the different Bouygues Telecom numbers for people living at the home (3 contracts maximum in addition to the ideo plan). Each beneficiary keeps and pays their own bill, less the amount of their personal discount (as long as their number is included in the Multi-line Advantages offer by the ideo customer). New catalogue of fixed and mobile offers: more choice, greater simplicity and even more attractive rates Ideo is more attractive than ever thanks to a complete selection of mobile call plans, letting everyone custom-tailor the quadruple play offer that best fits their needs: A choice of new mobile call plans: Evasio.2, Neo.4, Neo.4 for smartphone, Neo 24/24. plus Bbox (ADSL) or Bbox Fibre (over 6 million eligible households). Regardless of the combination, ideo automatically saves customers 15 euros a month. This means: for the equivalent of 16.90/month for the equivalent of 24.90/month
