Personalised advice and guarantee of the best services Personalized advice to get the most out of Origami at one s own pace: everyone s life is constantly changing and we must be able to adapt in consequence: new studies, new job, new family life Orange allows all of its customers to change their Origami package whenever they want, without a new commitment. Every six months, Origami customers are contacted so that, if necessary, their package can be adjusted to their use to give them the best mobile experience. Orange s customer service staff available any time and everywhere: 35,000 men and women work every day at offering the best service to each of Orange s 26 million mobile customers. With 12,000 customer service staff reachable by telephone and via the continuously available assistance service on the Internet and 1,200 sales outlets throughout France (including 260 services corners), Orange offers assistance to its mobile, Internet and fixed-line telephone customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The no. 1 mobile network Service from Orange also means guaranteed access to the best 3G mobile network, both in terms of service quality, as confirmed by the French regulator ARCEP in its November 2011 report, and in terms of coverage, with 98% of the population in France covered by 3G+. 3 Uses in mainland France Unlimited calls up to a maximum of 3 hours, unlimited calls and SMS messages up to 250 different recipients per month, excluding surcharged and special numbers. Shared unlimited calling works towards registered numbers from registered Orange mobile numbers (packages and prepaid packages). Mobile internet access excludes paid content and services. P2P uses not allowed. Concerning H+: maximum theoretical download connection speed of up to 42 Mb/sec. with compatible equipment in urban areas in which the network has been deployed. P2P uses not allowed. ARCEP report, November 2011: Orange is number one or tied for number one for 57 of the 61 criteria, in particular for downloading a 5 Mb file (to a PC with a 3G+ dongle) in 90% of the cases for all measured urban areas in mainland France.
