2 DEAR COLLEAGUE, Cancer affects us all. Some reading this have survived it. Many have watched loved ones successfully battle through it, while others have felt the pain when a family member succumbs. We have had to deal with providers, hospital systems, caregivers, outpatient facilities, various treatments, plus figuring out how to pay for it all at a time when it feels like the weight of the world is on our family s shoulders. But when you view cancer from the patient s and family s perspective, you can see we still have a long way to go. With this in mind, we designed the Oncology Account Management Training Program.
