7 Final year Investment Appraisal and Valuatin (20 credits) This mdule will enable yu t develp detailed and critical understanding f principles, theries, techniques and practices relating t the appraisal and valuatin f capital investments, with particular emphasis n real estate investments. Yu will develp an understanding f hw prtflis are cnstructed and hw perfrmance is btained, measured and imprved thrugh strategic stck selectin and asset management techniques. The mdule will encurage yu t appreciate direct prperty as an asset class alngside ther classes, principally equities (including indirect prperty vehicles) and gilts.
