4 THE FORETHOUGHT GRADUATE PROGRAM We hope you re warmed up, because at Forethought you ll hit the ground running. Every moment of the 12 month Forethought Graduate Program has been designed to challenge, transform and empower high-performing individuals. Almost immediately, you will be a contributor in solving complex marketing and growth challenges for our clients, and informing brand, communications, product and customer experience objectives. 5 THE FIRST THREE MONTHS In your first three months, you will start to experience the various specialist teams within Forethought, and the very nature of our work, driving our clients growth. You will participate in a rotational period of training sessions, practical experience and case studies, as well as: Insights methodology and application; Workshops for personal and professional development; Opportunities to connect with past graduates; and Coaching and mentorship by your Ally. 6 ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT During your career with us, you will find that learning is a constant at Forethought, and colleagues are encouraged to participate in various developmental workshops and events. So, if you are President of your student society, captain of your football team, an aspiring musician, or have distinguished yourself in something anything, we want to meet you! CANDIDATE CHECKLIST D Suitable candidates will also hold a distinction average or higher in double-degree, Honours, Masters or PhD qualifications in fields such as: Commerce; Economics; Econometrics & Statistics; Engineering; Marketing; Maths; Psychology; or Science. The following will also be highly regarded: Relevant work experience including industry placements or internships; Academic honours, awards, scholarships and prizes; Study exchange programs; and Leadership experience in a professional, community or extracurricular environment. SOCIAL COMMITTEE Our Forethought Social Committee is responsible for ensuring that the good times roll with many events organised throughout the year. Examples of social initiatives include: In 2014, we proudly provided: Pro bono consulting services for the Oaktree Foundation; Fundraising for the Women s Subscription Enterprise with the Big Issue; and Christmas gift-giving to children in need.
