The team monitors the flow of wagers and price movements in order to identify market trends and is required to react to variables such as changes in weather, track conditions and team changes which may impact the betting. 9 Commercial The Commercial team is responsible for defining the online strategy and for managing the online P&L of the business. Our department consists of Product Development, Online Acquisitions, Online Retention, Mobile and Business Development. Our Product Development team ensures the strategic direction of the business is translated to an executable road map and manage the delivery of those initiatives to market. We ensure the success of our products in the marketplace. The team is responsible for the end to end delivery of projects to the consumer facing platforms. As such we enable the business to better understand the way our customers interact with our services; we then translate this into the optimal userexperience through front end design on all platforms. Analysing the operational systems and processes we identify the requirements necessary for the business to achieve its goals and then work with IT to make sure these are realised in the end product! The Online Customer Retention team ensures we have a well-defined customer retention plan. In addition to managing our Marketing Call Centre the team implements the company s online retention strategy with goals of improving conversion, early identification of high value customers, reducing customer churn and improving customer re-activation. The Mobile team is charged with defining the commercial, product and marketing strategies to fully exploit our most exciting new channel mobile for the business. Business Development ensures we have a pipeline of new initiatives to grow the business outside of our core online and mobile sports book operations.
