5 SENIOR DATA PROGRAMMER MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in Data Delivery service: manage, process and analyze data using MSSQL, SPSS, Excel, C# and VB Ensure that all data files to be sent to clients are error-free Work closely with clients to build long-lasting professional relationships and generate recurrent business opportunities. Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that innovative Data Processing solutions and ideas are provided to clients Plan, schedule and establish workflow within operational area, together with regular monitoring activities in order to meet the overall schedule of the assigned project Provide training and support to other team members

6 SENIOR DATA PROGRAMMER REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 3++ years of progressive experience with data processing and data management Be passionate about working with data and number Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Outstanding IT skills MS Office, SPSS, Access/SQL/Oracle, C#, VB and/or other market research related software Excellent level of English skills Logical thinking and detail-oriented manner with high awareness of quality Solid understanding of quantitative market research methods is a good plus Love to turn complex matters into simple things which are easier to understand Ability to work independently, as well as being a productive part of a team Good organizational, project management and time management skill Commitment to team work and the company 6
