2 Lo Chef Michele Potenza La Cucina Naturale e Salutistica Giovane Chef emergente nel panorama italiano, Michele Potenza propone una cucina mediterranea, creativa e lineare. Torinese di nascita, ha vissuto e lavorato in diverse regioni, cogliendone gli ingredienti tipici, i profumi stagionali, i prodotti dimenticati. La sua personale visione si traduce in uno stile caratterizzato da un forte concetto di Ritorno alla Natura, espressione al tempo stesso di una riscoperta dei sapori classici e di una raffinata e costante ricerca contemporanea.. I suoi menù prediligono le primizie del vicino Mercato di Rialto selezionate personalmente con cura: una Filosofia del Gusto che dà nuova freschezza e colore alla cucina veneziana. Il suo talento consiste nel trasformare prodotti semplici quali i Paccheri, il branzino o il pesce fresco in squisiti e raffinati piatti come I Paccheri di Gragnano, Coda di rospo, Carciofi, Porro e Zafferano o Il crudo del Mercato di Rialto. Dal 2010 Michele Potenza è uno degli Chef ufficiali della trasmissione televisiva di Antonella Clerici La Prova del Cuoco. The Natural and Healthy Cuisine The young talented Italian Chef, Michele Potenza, offers a Mediterranean, linear and creative cuisine. Originally born in Turin, he lived and worked in different parts of Italy where he experienced traditional products and forgotten recipes of each region. The absolute protagonist is a cuisine made of fresh ingredients and characterized by a strong Back to Nature concept. Local delicacies are enhanced in his menus through the daily attentive personal selection from the Rialto Market: a Natural Flavours Philosophy providing a fresh twist on the authentic Venetian cuisine. His vision can be savored on his refined plates, characterized by rich tastes and great personality. His unique talent lies in transforming the most humble products, such Paccheri pasta and fresh fish into a truly delectable plates like Gragnano Paccheri short Pasta with Monkfish, Artichokes, Leek and Saffron or Row Fish from Rialto. Since 2010, Michele Potenza is one of the official Chefs of the Culinary Italian TV program La Prova del Cuoco ( Talent Show).
