2 Objectives: Create an elite group of Points of You trainers worldwide who will professionally deliver Points of You activities, workshops and tools Trainers will successfully incorporate Points of You tools and methods into their existing professional network Lead, support and promote our certified trainers so they will reach and inspire many professionals, organizations and individuals Points of You activities, workshops and tools will become a significant income and business model for each Certified Trainer Goals: By the end of 2014, each Certified Trainer will have conducted at least 5 paid Points of You workshops/activities. By the end of 2015, the international team of trainers will faciliatate a hands-on activity for a group of at least 2,000 people at a special company/conference event. 2

7 Program Syllabus: The course will be delivered via WebEx and will involve a combinition of both lectures and experiential learning. Trainers will practice implementing the Points of You method and tools during each session. Each session will end with a closure activity and an experiential homework assignment. 8 Stage 1 - Professional Qualification: 6 months 2 group meetings a month with Efrat and Yaron (2 hours each session) One on one sessions (according to the needs of each participant) Session 1 - My Photo Album - 2 hours Creative self-presentation of the participants by means of personal photographs from their own albums, and initial introduction to observation of photographs as a therapeutic/counseling/coaching work tool Session 2 - Every Dream has an excel sheet - Introduction and the story of Points of You - 2 hours Efrat and Yaron will introduce themselves, their vision and the inspiration behind Points of You. The worlds of inspiration reveal the story, the leading values and the DNA of Points of You. Session 3 - Experiencing the Power of The Coaching Game - 2 hours Efrat and Yaron present a hands-on activity with The Coaching Game through which participants learn how to work with the different components of The Coaching Game. This is the Points of You flagship workship. Session 4 - The Theories Behind Points of You Tools - 2 hours Learn the concepts that are behind Points of You tools such as: PhotoTherapy, brain research, metaphors, and projective tools 8
9 Session 5 - The Points of You Method - Pause, Expand, Insight and Action! - 2 hours Experience the four stages of working with this unique method, and how they are expressed in Points of You tools, activities and workshops Session 6 - One-on-One Training - 2 hours Learn when and how to use the Points of You tools and method in working one-on-one. Participants also receive formats for: - introductory processes in one-on-one work - in-depth processes in one-on-one work - closure processes in one-on-one work Session 7 - Group Training - 2 hours Understand when and how to use the Points of You tools and method in group work. Participants also receive formats for: - introductory processes in group work - in-depth processes in group work - closure processes in group work 9
10 Session 8 - Powerful Uses of Punctum - 2 hours Get introduced to the second tool created by Points of You, in an experiential way. Work in pairs and learn about the various components and flexibility this game offers. Session 9 - How to Adapt and Tailor the Points of You Method and Tools to Any Process Objectives - 2 hours Learn how to convey any content, process, idea, etc. Use the Points of You method and tools to effectively adapt them to different target audiences and objectives. Session 10 - How to Conduct a Full Day Points of You Training Workshop - 2 hours Clearly learn how to facilitate a one-day, comprehensive, and hands-on training workshop for professionals and organizations. 10
11 Session 11 - Share Your Points of You Workshop - 2 hours Each participant will use tools, provided during the course, to create his/her own unique workshop. This workshop combines the participants passions, career, and Points of You tools. In this session, each participant will present their workshop and recieve feedback. Session 12 - Closure of the Professional Certification Process - 2 hours Efrat and Yaron will present an interactive process through which the participants will summarize what they have experienced and learned in the course. 11
12 Stage 2 - Marketing Coaching Process - 2 months 2 group meetings a month with Efrat & Yaron, 2 hours each meeting One-on-one sessions (according to the needs of each participant) Session 13 - Define Target Audience and Marketing Goals - 2 hours Each of the participants will set their own marketing goals that they aim to achieve with Points of You. They will also define their target audience and begin researching/collecting data on their defined target audience and possible marketing channels. Session 14 - Marketing Plan - 2 hours Efrat and Yaron will guide the participants in creating a personal marketing strategy. Each participant will also create an operative plan of action to plan their own initial marketing campaign. 12
13 Session 15 - The Art of Presentations (Part One) - 2 hours Learn how to clearly communicate strong and exciting presentations to effectively market workshops/events and ultimately close deals with the Points of You tools. Session 16 - The Art of Presentations (Part Two) - 2 hours A coaching session for the participants to practice their marketing presentation and receive feedback from Efrat, Yaron, and the other participants. This will be followed by a closure activity. 13
14 International Community Monthly Meetings - 2 hours Ongoing monthly meetings open to our trainers in over 30 countries for inspirational learning. Each session is facilitated by a different trainer, offering the opportunity to learn and grow together. 14
