9 Changing to an FNB Business Cheque Account has never been easier. Our dedicated team will help you switch your debit orders for FREE* to your new FNB Business Cheque Account. Our professional consultants will keep you regularly updated on the progress, and will confirm when your debit orders have been successfully transferred. Internet Banking and Telephone Banking* for electronic payments to third parties and transfers between your accounts. These options allow real time money management, as you can transact at any time of day or night and control the timing of these transactions. Access cash* using Debit Cards, via ATMs, cheques, over-the-counter or from your cash takings and then use the cash to make payments via cash deposits at a branch or bulk deposit centre. Our Mini ATMs* allow business owners to reduce cash deposit fees. Mini ATMs work just like normal ATMs, except that they do not dispense the actual cash but rather a voucher indicating the amount that the customer wishes to draw, which is then cashed at your till. Mini ATMs enable your customers to draw money or make balance enquiries using their ATM cards, thereby increasing the traffic in your outlet. They are small enough to sit neatly on your retail counter and are linked to the bank by cellular connectivity. SmartBOX* is an innovative cash handling product that ensures the secure and accurate processing of your business daily takings, and accelerates the process of the cash being deposited to the bank account. The SmartBOX addresses the risk of excess cash and also provides an extended banking window. The tamperproof technology provides an effective on-site cash monitoring device, with a proven track record. Credit, Debit and Smart Cards are a popular way for your customers to make payments. In order to accept these cards as a method of payment, quick and efficient Point-of-Sale processes are critical for you to run your business effectively. FNB offers you safe and convenient ways of receiving payments and a choice of several solutions to help you accept local and internationally issued cards. These solutions are tailored to suit your business's unique accounting, technical and billing systems. Your options include: - Stand-alone Speedpoint Terminals* - Point-of-Sales devices for you to receive payments made by Credit, Debit or Smart Card. - POS-on-till* - designed especially for businesses that require all card transactions to be processed and integrated into their own payment system, i.e. card transactions are processed on the in-house till infrastructure. - Internet Merchant Acquiring (ecommerce)* - A website that provides an additional shop front to new and existing customers, locally and worldwide, while an ecommerce solution, offered by FNB, provides the ability to receive payments via this channel. FNB now also offers businesses 3-D secure certification for additional security during Internet Credit or Cheque Card payment processing. - Purchases via mobile e-devices (mcommerce)* - This is currently available on mobile telephones and will soon be offered on digital assistants, in addition to set-top boxes for cable, satellite television systems, game consoles and other emerging consumer devices. - Bulk File Processing* - An option suitable to businesses with large volumes of recurring transactions that need to be processed on a daily, monthly or annual basis. It is safer and more cost-effective to use your FNB Debit or Credit Card to pay for purchases at VISA and VISA Electron enabled outlets than to pay by cheque. Avoid penalty charges by monitoring your account carefully making sure that there is always enough money to cover all transactions. In this way you can: - Always remain within your FNB Business Account overdraft limit and avoid paying penalty fees on items that are dishonoured due to insufficient funds in the account or on items paid that cause your balance to exceed your limit. - Look after your FNB Debit Cards to avoid unnecessary card replacement fees. - When paying by cheque, make sure that the cheque is not post-dated, as you will be charged a fee for each unpaid or post-dated cheque deposited. Save yourself money by using bulk cash deposits, which are cheaper. We have also implemented an automatic tiered cash pricing structure, which means the more you deposit, the cheaper your cash deposit fee will be! * Terms and conditions apply 11

Should you default, we will pay the agreed amount of the performance guarantee. - Contract guarantees - FNB will guarantee that the terms of a contract will be carried out and that a defined sum of money will be paid out in terms of the contract, for example, a lease agreement. It is important for you to consider what will happen to your business in the event of your death. Many businesses lose much of their value because trading stops when the owner dies. As a business owner, this makes it critical for you to identify a suitable person to run the business should you be unable to do so and to ensure that finance is available to help your business at that critical time. Proper estate planning* for both you and your staff is essential and we are qualified to help you with these matters. FNB s Financial Planners (part of your Relationship Manager's team of product specialists) are available to discuss your financial goals with you to ensure that you reach all of your goals in the fields of investments, estate planning, risk cover, retirement and healthcare. * Terms and conditions apply 23
