5 Recruitment Procedure We at Arabian Global Consulting follow one simple yet effective recruitment process, in order to select the best possible candidate for various industries, Our procedure are: Identification of the vacancies that are required to be fulfilled Preparation of job descriptions and person specifications Advertising & managing the response of the candidates Sorting and listing the selected candidates & arranging interviews Conducting interviews & short listing the best possible candidates Decision making & conveying the decision to the concerned organization The following documents are needed from the client to be printed on their letterhead and stamped by the local chambers of commerce and Sri Lankan consulate 1)Power of attorney The employer / principal will issue a letter of authority in favour of Arabian Global Consulting(Pvt)Ltd, addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in Sri Lanka, informing him that Arabian Global Consulting(Pvt)ltd is their bona fide Manpower recruiting agent, fully authorised to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery with the said Embassy. (Applicable to middle - east and far - east countries only) 2) Demand letter The employer / Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favour of Arabian Global Consulting (Pvt) Ltd, stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc. 3)Employment Agreement This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee
