Load Sesed Process Timig Load Sesed Process Timig aows the steriizatio cyce to be cotroed via the temperature achieved i the cetre of the oad. The operatio of oad sesed process timig is cotroed via the Logi programmer. A waderig probe, situated withi the chamber is iserted ito the oad, or oad simuator, ad iitiates the steriizatio period oce the probe reaches the programmed threshod temperature. A seectabe Profied Overshoot Boost speeds up the cyce ad miimises over-processig of media oads. This same probe ca be used durig cooig as cofirmatio to the Logi programmer that the oad has reached a safe temperature for opeig the door. Assisted Air Cooig A powerfu fa-assisted cooig system which greaty reduces the time take to coo-dow a iquid oad. The operatio of the Assisted Air Cooig system is cotroed via the Logi programmer ad is avaiabe o a modes. Advaced water cooig Water is circuated through cooig cois i cotact with the chamber, resutig i a rapid decrease i the temperature of iquid oads advaced water cooig offers substatia time savig ad is idea for ay departmet where a quick turaroud of iquid oads is required. At a pre-seected pressure durig the cooig phase of the cyce, the water reservoir remaiig i the chamber is evacuated to the drai. Auto-Fi must be ordered i cojuctio with this optio. As the discharge water wi be approx. 100 C we woud highy recommed that the - Exhaust Heat Exchage System is aso ordered whe specifyig the Auto-drai optio. Dry cyce optios Whe processig dry or semi dry oads such as porous oads, texties, istrumets, pastic discard, or istrumets/equipmet of a compex ature where air remova may be difficut ad/or where the oad eeds to removed dry the foowig optios shoud be cosidered. Vacuum Systems The presece of air i the oad may ihibit or eve ivaidate the steriizatio process. The additio of a vacuum pump wi ehace the air remova by removig etraied or trapped air from the oad, ad therefore aowig steam to access every part of the oad ad esurig the success of the steriizatio process. The vacuum system ca aso be used i the post steriizatio stage, ad whe used i cojuctio with a heated jacket or extera vesse heatig, wi esure dry oads. Note: Aste offer two eves of vacuum: Simpe ad Advaced: Both offer pre vacuum air remova ad post vacuum dryig, with the Advaced system offerig a more itese pre-vacuum which makes it suitabe for more demadig appicatios. Extera Vesse Heatig Provides improved temperature distributio durig steriizatio. Dryig efficiecy is aso ehaced. This is a fuy automatic system comprisig a itera reservoir tak which accepts mais cod water at Bar pressure. The water iet is cotroed by eve switchig ad icudes a air gap to compy with water reguatios. The uit is readiy coected to the water suppy via a 1.5m fexibe hose (suppied). Exhaust Heat Exchage System A optio to sigificaty reduce the temperature of the exhaust/waste i situatios where heat resistat drais are ot preset. N.B. This optio requires a mais water suppy. Optio for CAT III Compiace (Vacuum Modes) For modes with a vacuum pump or extera steam heatig. Steam eters the chamber through the drai which is seaed durig the cyce esurig a codesate is steriized. A bacteria retetive fiter fitted oto the exhaust esures othig eaves the chamber without beig steriized. The positioig of the fiter esures that it is steriized durig every cyce. Optio for CAT III Compiace (No Vacuum Modes) For modes without vacuum, or with heaters i the chamber, the bacteria retetive fiter is fitted to the exhaust ie ad is sited to esure that it is steriized each cyce. The reguar actio of bow-dow (usuay for o more tha a few secods) reduces the buid up of dissoved soids, eogatig the ife spa of the geerator ad its heaters.
