Our vehicle tracking products range from basic track and trace with stolen vehicle response services through to advanced tracking with rich safety, security and operational control functionalities. Our business vehicle tracking includes driver behaviour monitoring making it the ideal package for small, medium and micro-sized businesses. We have two core fleet management solutions, standard and advanced, which are generally for medium and larger fleets. Both have many optional add-ons from fuel readers and driver terminals to multi-communication channel modules, and link up to a variety of internet tracking and fleet management software applications that could optimise your fleet productivity and lower operating costs. VEHICLE TRACKING BASIC: cme Ctrack cme is a vehicle tracking system for those that just want a stolen vehicle response service. Unlike most entry level systems, it is GPS/ GSM based giving real-time and accurate tracking information to aid recovery in any reported vehicle theft or hijack incident. STANDARD: INSURE Ctrack Insure is a GPS/GSM vehicle tracking and monitoring system with early warning alerts, which gives you the ability to remotely check on the location of your vehicle at any time by simply sending an SMS from your mobile phone. ADVANCED: SECURE Ctrack Secure offers more than vehicle tracking by allowing you to view your vehicle s status, movements and trips on your smartphone, tablet or computer in real time. Business and private trips may be recorded to produce an electronic SARS compliant logbook. For additional safety and security, you may set up no-go (high risk) zones so as to get notified if a vehicle is in an area where it is not supposed to be. BUSINESS: LITE Ctrack Lite was developed for small, medium and micro enterprises (SMME) to provide quality vehicle tracking, stolen vehicle response services and basic fleet management at an affordable price. The system is geared towards keeping down the cost of operating vehicles and fleets as well as live tracking information for safety and security. The system measures driver behaviour (we call it the ABC S - harsh Acceleration, harsh Braking, harsh Cornering and over-speeding), which leads to improved driving styles that contribute towards less wear and tear on your vehicles and increased fuel economy. PLUG & PLAY Ctrack Plug & Play is a self-installed tracking device for cars and light commercial vehicles that can be fitted within seconds to the OBDII diagnostic port and transferred when required between different assets. FLEET MANAGEMENT STANDARD: ASSIST Ctrack Assist is the vehicle tracking and management system used for light commercial, sales, FML, car rental and security vehicles. A specific feature is the driver I.D., which enables Ctrack Assist to provide individual driver activity and behaviour. An optional in-cab driver behaviour indicator (DBI) provides real-time driver interaction to proactively improve safer and more efficient driving. ADVANCED: SOLO Ctrack Solo is a full featured, scalable and remotely upgradeable mobile solution developed for the tracking and management of professional hauliers, logistics and supply chain management, mobile workforce management, mining, public transport and emergency services. In addition to recording vehicle status, location and trip information, Ctrack Solo also proactively assists the driver to remain within the set parameters for safe and economical vehicle use. This is achieved by an audible pre-warning and continuous violation alarm. These exceptions are also reported to Ctrack software users and recorded for further analysis in the Ctrack management software. Ctrack Solo features several digital inputs and outputs, which may be used to monitor and control peripheral auxiliaries such as PTO, driver and or passenger door opening, seat belt engagements, sirens and actuators. Peripheral 3rd party devices such as barcode scanners, satellite navigation units, fuel level indicators, temperature loggers, onboard weighing systems and fare collection solutions can be integrated to add further value to this fleet management system. When integrated to a driver terminal device a comprehensive task management system is enabled, which includes two way communication, navigation and driver identification. Task or job instructions such as job number, description, job location, job to be completed and action required are received from the Ctrack software. A wide range of reports, including Tacho Analysis, Daily Usage, Graphic Usage, Movement, Fleet Emission, Driver Licence, Vehicle Maintenance, Fuel Summary and GYR Driver Rating are generated using the server based Ctrack MaXx software. ASSET TRACKING PORTABLE: WIRELESS Ctrack Wireless is a GSM and GPS battery-powered tracking system that requires no installation effort and reports activity for extended periods of time without the need for an external power source. This re-deployable tracking system is available in rechargeable and non-rechargeable versions that are quick to deploy making it ideal for tracking mobile resources such as vehicles, containers, palletised loads and other valuable cargo. TRAILER TRACKING Ctrack Trailer Tracking enables fleet owners to cost effectively track and monitor any kind of trailers in real-time and independently of the towing vehicle. 5 PERIPHERALS DRIVER I.D. Dallas key or driver terminal pin allows individual driver recognition for driver performance and productivity monitoring as well as safety and compliance. IN-CAB DRIVER FEEDBACK With Ctrack s driver behaviour indicator, the driver is alerted of any infringements in real time via warning lights on the display unit to encourage better driving. MULTIPLE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS This module provides seamless and cost effective transfer of data within and outside of GSM coverage areas with options of iridium satellite, WIFI and TETRA. OBDII FUEL READER This fuel reader simply fits into the vehicle s OBDII port to provide real-time fuel economy data assisting with the management of fuel related costs and carbon emissions (CO 2 ) reporting. BUSINESS/PRIVATE MILEAGE A switch or remote button is available to assist the driver in flagging a trip as business or private in order to automate the production of an electronic tax logbook or the necessary documentation for mileage claims. PANIC Heightened in-cab safety is provided with a panic switch or remote for use in case of emergency. INTEGRATED DRIVER TERMINAL/SATNAV/CAMERA Ctrack On-the-Road (OTR) is a complete onboard driver terminal system with integrated navigation, routing, driver behaviour feedback and front facing camera that helps fleet operators save time and money. ACTIVE RFID ASSET MANAGEMENT Utilised with Ctrack s advanced fleet management product, active RFID tags provide cargo and asset security as well as despatch and delivery management including tracking of contents during transit and the provision of instance proof of delivery to customers. JAMMING DETECTION A jamming detection solution to lessen the impact from criminals using signal jamming.
