2 Pinpoint are planning a software release to take place on Saturday the 13 th of June The update will result in the AVM service being unavailable for 20 minutes between 16:00 and 17:00 Eastern Standard time (Sydney) Products effected by this upgrade include: WebAVM Client Smart Locator Client Day of Operations Client At the completion of the software update all client software will be updated automatically. 3 Summary of AVM enhancements for release AVM Feature News and Tutorial Support notification for Google Chrome Report Improvements Summary Links on WebAVM and Locator menu bar direct users to our online user guides. Advises users of changes to Chrome support for Silverlight plugin. Pinpoint recommend users switch to IE, Firefox or Safari browsers. Not heard from New threshold parameters Vehicle / Driver/ Run Performance Option to use gazetted road speed parameter. Job Reports now support multi selection of Job Types. Operations>Daily Summary now runs for up to 7 days with daily breakdown for each vehicle. Alarm report now captures Out of hours events and audit trail. Alert Report now has multiple parameters to filter alert types. New Reports Operating Hours Maps Locations. Nine new reports for Vehicles/Driver and Runs. Includes Location Activity and Location Summary data. Driver Behaviour. Management report showing worst to best drivers based on Speed, Acceleration, Braking, Fatigue and Idling. Multi vehicle stopped report. Summary and Detail Operating Hours alert can now be reset. School speed zones now appear on the map as red lines. View Settings allows user to select zoom level for Location, Zones and Place labels to appear.

AVM now supports the Global Star SPOT GEN3 device for personal timed tracking and duress Alarm SPOT TRACE for Asset Tracking SmartOne C LP for Asset tracking and integration of asset I/O eg: Duress; Breakdown etc Checklist feature that enables driver to report a non-critical issue and continue with daily operations. Will send alert notification to AVM. Duplicate Driver IDs. Drivers are now warned that this driver is already logged on if they proceed the other driver will be logged off automatically with a warning message. Improved dash board outputs and labels. New driver behaviour widget Drill down report now shows correct data. Smart Drive provides real time driver feedback about their driver behaviour. Alerts the driver to two speed levels (warning and alert); braking, acceleration and idling. The device resets each time ignition is turned off and provides the driver with a summary of their behaviour for the trip.

The locations report will operate with any geofence type including Zones, Places and Locations.

16 New in-vehicle alert for Driver - Keep in or Stay Out Alert Note: Requires Buzzer output in vehicle. Use Case: Keep in area - Council require all pool vehicles must stay within 100km radius of council area. If a driver leaves the area, the buzzer will activate and will not turn off till the driver returns to the allowed area. A notification alert is sent to the AVM application and remain on WebAVM until the user clears the alert.

17 New Dashboard Improvements The dashboard functionality will provide an overall view of the status of the fleet, a summary view of data, along with the ability to drill down and generate a report from the existing reports list.
