4 REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS 1) The festival is not a competition. 2) The festival is for (professionals and amateurs) artisans, musicians, singers and dancers presenting the culture and tradition typical of their region. 3) We prefer presentation at life music. 4) Presented program should be typical of its region and should present characteristic elements of its culture. The program should be prepared as artistic, stage presentation. The artists should be in original costumes. 1) Number of representatives of the region up to 25 people/ you can take more and pay 100 EURO per person extra /. The participants of the festival will take part in original Scandinavian wedding and from that reason they are asked to prepare typical wedding greetings of their region and short song or wedding dance. 2) Time of the presentations: Program 3-5 minutes / only for wedding ceremony wedding dance or song/ Program minutes Program minutes 7) Places of the presentations: - on the ground of National Museum of Agriculture in Szreniawa / stage/ - city Poznań: / street presentations and University Congress Centre / stage/ - administrative unit cities: Konin, Gniezno, Tarnowo Podgórne /stages/ 8) Time : 20th of August till 26th of August 2013

5 9) Regulations of the participation a. Accommodation and full board are provided from supper to breakfast students campus Poznan University of Technology double and triple room. b. Travelling expenses and transport are paid by participants. c. Costs of insurance are paid by participants. d. Participants are asked to bring flag of their country, emblems of the group and 5 gifts. e. Participants are requested to organize an exhibition and to sell typical products of their region. f. The festival presentations will be recorded by the media without fees in aid of the groups. g. Participants are obliged to take part in all presentations provided for in the program of the festival. h. The applications are accepted to 27 th March deadline. i.
