2 WELCOME! TO ALL COMMUNITY SUPPORTERS AND SPONSORS; Welcome back to Tampa Pride 2016! Our first year was a huge success, thanks to the grassroots efforts of GLBTA Tampa Bay business owners, community leaders, and GLBTA advocates city and county wide. Our second year will be even better! Community and corporate participants, on both a local and national level, again will come together in support of TAMPA PRIDE. This event will continue to create a positive economic impact to the Tampa Bay area through local and national tourism from a long weekend of scheduled events. The Second Annual TAMPA PRIDE Festival and Parade will be on March 26, 2016 in Historic YBOR City, also known as The GaYBOR District. This is becoming an historical and annual spring event when Florida weather is most envied!
3 STREET FESTIVAL OUR STREET FESTIVAL IS EXPANDING! Due to overwhelming support from our community, we are expanding the Street Festival for 2016 to include the areas on 8 th Avenue from 17 th Street all the way to 20 th Street, including city lots 5 & 6. In addition, we will have an area for food trucks around Centennial Park and on 9 th Avenue between 18 th Street and 19 th Street. Finally we will have the entertainment stage at the city parking lot south from Centennial Park with the beer tent along side of the main stage area.

8 VENDOR INFO CHECK IN: Vendor Check-In Tent will be located at the corner of 9 th Ave & 19 th St. SET UP TIMES: Each Vendor will be assigned a drop-off time between 8:00AM 9:00AM. Vendors will be allowed to use hand-trucks, carts, etc. in the Festival area between 9:00AM 10:00AM. ALL vendors must check in by 9:00 and be completely set up by 10:00 PM. TEAR DOWN/ CLEAN UP: Tear down will begin at 5:00PM and must be complete by 6:30PM. Vendors are responsible for keeping their site clean and leaving their site clean. Failure to maintain the cleanliness of assigned location and surrounding area before leaving the site at the end of the Festival will result in exclusion from future events. Vendor is responsible for removing their own debris, waste, garbage or trash during and after the Festival. 9 th Ave and 19 th St. for vendor check in
9 VENDOR INFO SIGNAGE: Vendor is responsible for supplying its own signage. Tampa Pride reserves the right to remove any signage or other booth displays that it deems inappropriate or unsafe. WATER: Running water is not provided on site. Please provide your own source of potable water. NOISE: Tampa Pride reserves the right to monitor or prohibit the use of any electronic equipment, machinery, or other activity that it determines, in its sole discretion, is distracting from other booths or attendees. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Each Vendor is required to provide to Tampa Pride, Inc. a signed acknowledgement of receipt of the Vendor Street Festival Rules & Regulations, a Centro Ybor Hold Harmless Agreement, a Florida Resale License if selling a product or a Florida Tax Exempt Certificate for Non Profit Vendor sales.
