She gained a Pst-Graduate Diplma in Psychlgy in 1992, and later returned t tertiary studies t cmplete a Masters Degree in Organisatinal Psychlgy (2003). Judi has been supervising Pst-Graduate students in Griffith University's Organisatinal Psychlgy prgram since February In 2010 she was awarded the psitin f Adjunct Lecturer, Griffith University (Mt Gravatt campus). She has assisted in the develpment and facilitatin f the practicum prgram t develp students' establishment f their prfessinal identity, whilst als addressing legal and ethical issues which arise in the cntext f wrking as a Psychlgist. T address this lack f cnsensus Paula has cnducted a cmprehensive theretical and empirical review f the term mental fitness drawing frm psychlgy, psitive psychlgy, physical fitness and the perceptins f the glbal cmmunity. In this sessin she will give an verview f the mental fitness mdel, and share her experiences f intrducing this cnstruct int a diversity f settings including sme f the utcmes frm evaluatins she has cnducted. CPT has been develped thrugh mre than 15 years f research, and is based n the wrk f Stephen R. Cvey in his bks "7 Habits f Highly Effective Peple", "Principle Centered Leadership" and ther bks related t neurscience and hw the cnscius and subcnscius minds wrk. The thery states that between thinking and behavir there is a principle, e.g. with jealusy, there is thinking and behaviur abut being jealus, but the principle in between is trust. The Enneagram is a dynamic system f nine persnality types that empwers a better understanding f urselves and thers. It is an apprach that is used in a multitude f business applicatins, building understanding f cultural differences, and in treatment settings t prmte persnal grwth by helping a persn better understand her r his primary needs and mtivatrs whilst als strengthening interpersnal relatinships. Jhn Paul Cllege is an independent K-12 cllege f 2,000 students in Brisbane. Inspired by the develpments in Psitive Educatin in Australia as well as verseas, Jhn Paul Cllege initiated the SOARING int Psitive Educatin Prgram in 2011 under the leadership f Nahum Kzak. Nahum was appinted in 2011 as the cllege s Head f Psitive Educatin. After a perid f cnsultatin and reflectin with staff acrss the cllege, cmbined with extensive research int evidence-based appraches t Psitive Educatin, Nahum has guided the schl s cnceptualizatin f the prgram thrugh several phases including a staff survey, prfessinal develpment and caching in Psitive Psychlgy, and integratin f the mdel acrss the schl curriculum. 7 POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY NETWORK PEER CONSULTATION MEETINGS Peer cnsultatin refers t an arrangement in which prfessinal peers wrk tgether fr mutual benefit by engaging in a prcess where critical and supprtive feedback is emphasized while evaluatin is deemphasized. It prvides practitiners with a ptentially effective apprach t increasing the frequency and/r quality f supervisin in a nn-threatening atmsphere f mutual respect. The basic premise underlying peer cnsultatin is that individuals wh have been trained in basic helping skills can use these same skills t help each ther functin mre effectively in their prfessinal (r paraprfessinal) rles. Peer cnsultatin experiences ffer a number f benefits including: Greater interdependence f clleagues and less dependence n "experts"; Opprtunity t assess ur wn skills and thse f ur peers, and fr structuring ur wn prfessinal grwth; Increased self-cnfidence, self-directin, and independence; Develpment f cnsultatin and supervisin skills; Ability t chse the mst suitable peer cnsultant; and, Lack f evaluatin.
