The Company also distributes standard software and undertakes projects including applications and web-based services (Internet) and also the Cloud. Providing integrated IT solutions, including the provision of consulting services and design, procurement of necessary equipment and necessary software (operating systems and applications - standard or custom), installation and infrastructure (cable and telecommunications), installation and optimization of operating systems, staff training, technical support and service contracts and finally the possibility of providing financial services to supply high value equipment from the customers.

Cosmos is addressing the B2B market with total high technology solutions in IT Infrastructure and Services IT & Software / Consulting services. The Company changed form and direction during the summer of 2000, when new investors acquired the 100% of its shares. Telecommunications: In collaboration with companies such as AVAYA, Cisco, Open Text and Cycos, Cosmos offers complete solutions for VoIP, IP telephony and Unified Communications. 12 ΙT Infrastructure Business Unit CBS IT Sector of Information Technology and Infrastructures (IT Infrastructure) includes the all essential Information Technology equipment (Hardware and Operating Software, Middleware, Consumables, Parts) and networks which are essential grounds for the operation of any Enterprise, Organization or Office. CBS IT undertakes the planning, study, proposal and the development of simple and indepth projects, the necessary equipment and infrastructures, and the necessary short and long term technical support. CBS IT supplies Service Level Agreements (SLA s) that supply additional services executed by sales and technical professionals that are certified in their respective fields (see the related certification tables). The offered equipment, from leading brands such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Cisco, Intel, Microsoft, and Symantec guarantee the uninterrupted operation and output in a completed environment - end to end integration. CBS IT provides Software Services to the Cypriot Market and cover market needs in ERP and CRM applications. 16 Telecommunication Business Unit The rapidly developing sector of telecommunications is one of the four Strategic Business Units of Cosmos / CBS IT. This sector collaborates with leading companies such as Avaya, Cisco, Open Text, Cycos and Microsoft as well as with other world leaders in telecom and internet specializations. The unification of voice, fax, , SMS, and data in a single environment are handled by the Telecommunication Department of CBS IT. The department is staffed with experienced personnel, including engineers and consultants, and relies on international collaborations and international practice for the implementation of complicated solutions. CBS IT is taking care of consulting for appropriate solution design and verification according to the customer needs. Finally, regarding the basic building infrastructure, the company also provides specialized resources for the installation of cables and/or fi ber optics as well as other related electrical installations (power supply infrastructures, data rooms, air conditioning, etc). More specifically the services cover the following categories: Studies and Proposals: To optimize the installation and operation of each network (LAN, WAN, INTERNET), regarding the transmission of voice, data or video (picture), Cosmos undertakes financial and technical studies required to achieve the best possible solution available for each installation. Telecommunications and Networks: Installation and testing of the active components for networks topology such as WAN / LAN / INTRANETS, transfer of voice, video and data, IP telephony, wireless networks, installations of solutions for VoIP (Avaya, Cisco), network management and security. Cabling, Electrical Installations, Air Conditioning: Study and installation of cable systems on weak and powerful currents, and installation of structured cabling (category 5 and 6 or in fiber optics), electrical installations where it is required, air conditioning, etc. Data Centers - Server Rooms: Cosmos is supplying the necessary studies, the special manufacturing and implementation of the infrastructure for servers, storage or telephone PBX installations in the server rooms (e.g. air condition, ventilation provision etc). Telephone PBX, VoiP & Office Automation: Telephone PBX, fax and printing (MFP) for the needs of big or small enterprises and offices are offered and supported by Support and Maintenance contracts or on an on call basis. Specialized Solutions for document management, workflow, fax management (Open Text Right Fax), unified messaging (Cycos, Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya) are provided. Help desk and Call Center: Cosmos has an in house organized call center that provides services of telephone support for hardware and software issues. This service is provided under specific service contracts, modified to customers needs.

This technical support is executed by experienced technicians and engineers, certified by Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, AVAYA, Fujitsu and the other listed Partners of CBS IT. There are five categories of customer support that CBS IT provides: Service Contract 1. Initial installation of equipment / modifications / customization / connections / networks / communications 2. On-call technical support within a specific time frame-purchase in advance of technical support hours 3. Permanent on-site engineers outsourcing 4. Support and training services 5.
