2 The History of iternatives Established in 2004, as iternatives IT Solutions. A registered business entity for IT services with a 5 member technical team that provides professional IT Consultancy and services to the small to medium business market (5-100 workstations network). Our services started serving clients/businesses with POS (Point of Sales), accounting modules, Hotel system, manufacturing system and food delivery systems. And soon as an outsource for tech support and helpdesk. By 2007 iternatives entered a partnership with Eastlinc Inc of U.S. (Tacoma, WA) to be its Philippine BPO branch s technology partner. Thus entering the BPO industry, from call center, transcriptions, to cloud based systems. By 2015 iternatives became a corporation. We are proud to have achieved the necessary qualifications to become a Partner of reputable technology Solutions Company and have maintained this requirement since Additionally, we have formed partnerships with industry leaders such as HP, Dell, and MSI.
