This includes property management, asset management and project management services. ROB CORD PRESIDENT ASSET SERVICES His background includes serving as CEO and President of Cord Commercial Inc., a full-service property and asset management firm in the Western U.S. As Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis Real Estate Services, he oversaw the operations of the Sacramento region. During his career, he also has held managerial positions with TRI Commercial Real Estate Services and Grubb & Ellis Co., and as a marketing assistant for Hallwood Management Co. He began his commercial real estate career in 1987 as a leasing agent with Equitec Properties Company. Rob is currently achieving a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. Ross has close to 2 decades of experience in real estate including the management of assets at Voit, Kobra Properties and Tiner Properties which included office buildings, retail centers, industrial/ warehouse buildings, vacant land and single family homes. ROSS TOLBERT DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS ross.tolbert@cbcadvisors.com Ross s responsibilities included negotiating lease agreements and amendments with tenants, overseeing all maintenance or repair work, performing monthly and aual property budgets, reconciling aual Common Area Maintenance Reconciliations for each tenant, oversight of tenant improvement projects, and direct management of associated staff members. Responsible for all vendor negotiations for services provided to each property including landscaping, roofing, HVAC, janitorial, porters, window washing, parking lot sweep, pest control, and other vendors providing services. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a member of BOMA and IREM. Ali leads the commercial property accounting and financial reporting duties for Asset Services. She is skilled in YARDI Property Management accounting software as well as MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline Property Management, and Kardin Systems budgeting software. ALI LYON DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING ali.lyon@cbcadvisors.com Previously, a Portfolio Controller at LPC Realty Advisors I, LP, an investment advisory affiliate of Lincoln Property Company located in Chicago, Illinois, Ali worked on a $1.5 billion state pension fund portfolio with assets located in major markets throughout the U.S. Responsibilities included consolidating financial statements, preparing returns, coordinating audits, overseeing the accounting related aspects of acquisitions & dispositions, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards, and SEC policies. Professional experience also included positions as an Assistant Controller & Senior Property Accountant for Lincoln Property Company and an Audit Associate for Grant Thornton, LLP. Ali holds a Master s of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor s of Art in Accounting and is a CPA in the states of Illinois and Utah.
11 ALASKA TEAM Elisha Martin has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and holds the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). She specializes in property management, leasing and construction management having previously worked as the broker and vice president of operations for PTP Management Inc. ELISHA MARTIN DIRECTOR, ALASKA REGION PTP managed and leased more than 50 commercial and institutional projects and more than 4 million square feet of property across Alaska. Elisha also was general manager of the Dimond Center, Alaska s largest retail/ office complex. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Bryan manages the Atwood Tower - Alaska s 2nd tallest office high rise in Downtown Anchorage. Previous experience includes On-Site Building Manager & Associate Broker for PTP Management, Inc. in Anchorage where he executed on-site management and operation of the Robert B Atwood Building, as well as oversight of the Liy Pacillo Parking Garage and the Geological Materials Center in Anchorage. BRYAN FLYNN SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER bryan.fly@cbcadvisors.com Bryan also was a Licensed Real Estate Assistant for Pacific Tower Properties, Inc also in Anchorage in which he assisted two commercial real estate professionals with day to day requests regarding the properties they represented and listed. Part of his responsibilities included the interaction with property owners regarding purchase and lease requests, and assisted in the negotiation of those leases and purchase agreements to complete the transactions, maintaining all records in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for each listing, meeting with potential purchasers and lessees, and assisted in the showing of properties for sale and for lease.
12 CALIFORNIA TEAM IVETTE BARNETT DIRECTOR, GREATER LOS ANGELES REGION Ivette has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate and leasing throughout Southern California. Previously, Ivette was Director for Voit, working from their Ontario, Anaheim and Irvine offices. Prior to Voit, she was with CBRE for 16 years, while there she began as a Real Estate Manager earning her way up to the position of Director with an emphasis on retail and industrial investment management, integrating company services, which resulted in significant growth in retail property management for the Southern California market, surpassing company expectations. Earlier she was also with Pan Pacific Retail Properties where she was a real estate and operations manager, as well as involved in marketing and promotions. Ivette brings a focused approach on the integration of services through partnership with brokers, increasing asset value through operating expense review, tenant relations, capital expenditure management, and strategic plaing. Ivette is currently achieving her CPM designation. Heidi has over 25 years of commercial real estate management and leasing experience and currently oversees the expanding portfolio of properties in the San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix markets. HEIDI BECKER DIRECTOR, SOUTHWEST REGION heidi.becker@cbcadvisors.com Previously, Heidi managed an 850,000 square foot portfolio in San Diego for Davis Partners LLC that consisted of Class A office buildings, distributions centers, and multi-tenant industrial parks. She also was a Senior Leasing Manager for the Abbey Company s 750,000 square foot portfolio which included industrial, office, medical and retail centers. As a Portfolio Manager for Fujita Property Management (Fujita Corporation USA), Heidi oversaw Fujita s San Diego County and San Francisco Bay Area s industrial, R&D, office and retail investments. Heidi also served as the Senior Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company s San Diego portfolio, as the Director of Leasing for NDC Real Estate Investments, and as a Regional Property Manager for Sea Property Management. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Heidi was the Marketing Communications Director for the Electronics Division of General Dynamics Corporation, and a Program Coordinator for USC s Master of Science in Systems Management.

As Executive Vice President, Duncan established the foundation and development for the property management division of the company. As a Regional Property Manager he oversaw the administration of a 600,000 square foot regional mall, a 250,000 square foot regional center, and a 100,000 square foot commercial warehouse. As a Regional Marketing Director, Duncan developed and implemented successful aual promotional plans designed to draw customers to shopping centers. He is highly skilled in overall property operations, including budgets, monthly ownership reporting, service contract negotiation, tenant relations, tenant build-outs and capital project upgrades. FELICITY HATTON-WARD SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER felicity.hatton-ward@cbcadvisors.com Felicity has over 6 years of property management experience which consisted of over 500,000 square feet of Class A Office buildings located in Salt Lake Valley. She oversaw an aual budget of 11.4 million dollars and was instrumental is helping lead Millrock Development to receive the prestigious Best of State award for commercial development. LANCE STUDEBAKER SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER lance.studebaker@cbcadvisors.com Lance has over 10 years leadership and construction management experience from various industries. He s managed portfolios consisting of Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential properties. He specializes in general property management, lease administration, construction management and some of his portfolios required certain sensitivities to mental health care providers and their clients. He has advanced knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. He is responsible for a significant portfolio of highrise office towers, retail centers and industrial properties for institutional owners and local investors. STEVE WHITE SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER steve.white@cbcadvisors.com Previously he worked as a Property Manager in Denver with Van Schaack & Company and Realty Holding Group in Las Vegas. He served as a regional operating executive in Salt Lake City for Murdock Management Company of Los Angeles, and the Del E. Webb Realty & Management Company of Phoenix. He was a Vice-President of Management Operations & Marketing for the local firms of Highline Property Management & later Colliers Property Management, and also served as President of Colliers Consolidated Realty Management Group. Steve is active in IREM, BOMA, and BOMI. He holds both the CPM designation and the RPA designation. He recently was awarded the 2015 Utah CCIM Excellence Award for Property Manager of the Year. Don is responsible for the training, supervision and Best Practices for Chief Engineers and Building Engineers on the Asset Services Team and also supervises the Construction Management capabilities. These key areas include: tenant improvement projects, build-to-suit development, and large capital improvement projects. DON FRANCIS DIRECTOR, ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT don.francis@cbcadvisors.com Don has vast experience on a wide variety of capital and special projects including construction management supervision for the FBI tenant improvement build-out of 88,000 square feet in Salt Lake City, 50,000 square foot build-out for the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee and most recently a 30,000 square foot build-out for the Art Institute of Salt Lake City.
