Second phase includes hospital, second medical office building and some retail. Responsible for leasing analyses to determine achievable leasing rates, pro forma budgets, marketing and leasing of medical office building, property management input during construction meetings and meetings directly with owner BNC Real Estate (Houston, Texas) 2002 Senior Property Manager Senior Property Manager for two office buildings located at 811 Dallas and 2636 South Loop totaling 400,000 s.f. Responsibilities included directing the leasing of properties, overall management operations, and coordinate both tenant construction and remodeling of the properties. Responsibilities included the overall management for 6 office buildings totaling 700,000 s.f. with over 200 tenants: supervision of property management in the marketing for sale of suburban properties: enhanced operating procedures: budget preparations: contract negotiations: supervised tenant improvement work: coordinated tenant relations and renewed leases. Loop South. Responsibilities included the management and leasing of an 180,000 s.f. medical office building with 73 tenants and a 100,500 s.f. office building; assisted asset manager and broker in the successful sale of both properties; supervised a staff of 8, managed extensive curtain wall repairs; Phase 2 plumbing repairs and conversion of restrooms to ADA approved status. Redirected a successful marketing, leasing and management plan for medical office building WQ Real Estate Services, Inc.
