1 While all losses can be devastating, TLC Water and Fire Restoration will work diligently from the initial call to the close of the loss to get the customer through this time with as little worry and stress as possible. We will keep not only the customer, but the adjuster(s) assigned to the job apprised of every step throughout the remediation process. With a maximum 2 hour onsite response time (pending the location of the loss), TLC will be sure to remediate your insured s loss without any worry or concern, whether it is a small residential loss or a large commercial loss. 2 Philadelphia Community Center Large Commercial Water Loss TLC Water and Fire responded to a call for a pipe break in a community center in Philadelphia. The building is 3 levels and roughly 28,000 square feet completely affected by water. With rapid response time, and up to date equipment TLC was able to remove all affected materials and dry out the structure of the building promptly and professionally as to prevent any further damage from the pipe break.

3 Residential Water Loss This water loss occurred in a residential home. The shower diverter in the bathroom on the second floor malfunctioned and was allowing water to leak down inside of the wall and into the Living room / Foyer on the first floor. As a result the ceiling in the living room started to cave in and the carpeting was saturated. At the request of the homeowner the carpeting was saved by removing the padding and directing airflow between the underside of the carpet and the subfloor with our state of the art air movers, negative air machines (air scrubbers), and industrial strength dehumidifiers. TLC takes special care to protect the customer s content and make sure we leave a clean and neat area throughout the process as well as when we are finished.

4 Emergency Temporary Services TLC Water and fire restoration can not only handle your remediation needs, but we have the resources and ability to perform Emergency temporary services including but not limited to temporary safety fencing, board-ups, roof and siding tarping, etc. to prevent further damage until the remediation process can begin.

5 Residential Mold Abatement The above photos are from a property that suffered mold damage to the living room of the dwelling. The drywall walls showed significant mold growth throughout. When dealing with mold careful precautions must be taken to insure the loss is remediated properly and fully as not to cause further damage to the structure of the dwelling or the health of the individuals that reside in it. All of our technicians are adorned in full personal protective equipment and the affected area is contained using 10 mil plastic, and a Negative air machine to regulate the air quality while abatement is performed. All the necessary affected porous materials are removed and everything is carefully cleaned using a HEPA vacuum filtration system. Everything is also then treated with a plant based Anit-Microbial to prevent microbic organisms from growing.

6 Large Commercial Mold Abatement Pictured here is a large commercial chain store that suffered extensive mold damage in the basement beneath the store. All of the drywall was affected and removed throughout. Upon completion of the demolition the walls were cleaned and treated with a HEPA vacuum filtration system and plant based antimicrobial. Because the basement area is susceptible to water intrusion, the entire basement was also drylocked proceeding the abatement.

7 Commercial Sewage Loss The doctor s office shown below had the sewage pipe break and affect the unfinished basement area of the building. All of the content affected by the pipe break was removed and disposed of. The floor, affected walls, and affected crawlspace were all steam cleaned and sanitized. Drying equipment was placed and ducting was run throughout the confined space of the crawlspace to direct the air flow and dry out as well. This along with all water based losses are monitored daily to record the drying process and adjust the drying equipment to provide the most effective remediation.

8 Residential Sewage Loss This customer had the wax ring on the toilet deteriorate causing the toilet water to leak all over the bathroom, and out into the hallway outside of the bathroom. Our techs are highly skilled in a variety of trades which allowed us not only to remove the affected hallway carpeting, saturated drywall and insolation, but also remove the deteriorated wax ring, replace it, and reset the toilet so the customer would be able to use the bathroom in the interim before the reconstruction begins.

9 Residential/Commercial Fire TLC Water and fire responded to a call for a fire at a local business/residence. Fire started on the third floor of the business/residence. The third floor of the dwelling was completely affected by the fire and the second floor had minor structural damage, however had sever smoke and soot damage. The dwelling was also badly saturated by water from the fireman putting out the fire. We fully removed all of the structural materials down to the studs and joists on the third floor and fully cleaned the remaining structural materials throughout the dwelling from the basement through the third floor.
