Green Advertising has been Calder's AOR since pre-opening in Green handles most aspects of our advertising needs including overall branding and campaign elements, print design, animations, TV/radio spots, billboards/ooh/wrapped public buses, interactive media, signage, direct mail pieces including high-end invitations, promotion/event display creative, etc. Green also handles all of our media planning and buying. In addition, Green provides a detailed budget breakdown with tracking to stay on plan throughout the year. 2. What w as Green Advertising's role and responsibility for t he project? Green is heavily involved in the conceptualization, planning and execution of our advertising projects. Green works closely with our Advertising Manager and me on all of our projects including providing creative concepts, trafficking jobs, providing cost estimates, participating in weekly advertising meetings to review current projects and media, etc. 3. W hat was the scope of the project? Each project varies. Some are very involved and others are relatively simple. 4. Was the project completed on t ime and within budget? If no, please explain. Green goes to great lengths to understand who our competitors are including their strengths and weaknesses, and how to relate these details to advertising strategies for Calder. Massive... the multi-city marketing tour alone took a year to plane and covered 0 cities over five months. 4. Was the project completed on time and within budget? If no, please explain. Yes, it was. As a vendor should, Starmark kept us up-to-speed and informed regarding anything that affected the budget and the look-and-feel of the project. 5. We have worked with Starmark for several years, but for the Antarctica project specifically, we worked with them for about 8 months. Some of the work still continues. 6. Did the company provide options, ideas and/or incremental value to the project? Yes, as with any good vendor, Starmark provided great value. They were excellent strategists and partners. The consistently brought us multiple options. 7. Please briefly summarize your experience with this company? Our experience with Starmark was excellent and we were very pleased with the results. 8. Starmark has worked on variety of projects taking on the roles of account service, strategy, project management, creative & art direction, copywriting, and studio production. 3. What was the scope of the project? The scope of our projects ranges from large to small. Sometimes we ask Starmark to create comprehensive campaigns from ideation to execution. Other times, we might need a specific creative asset. 4. Was the project completed on time and within budget? If no, please explain. Projects are consistently completed on time and within budget. On occasion, projects are completed after the deadline, but this can often be attributed to Kaplan's own lengthy review process. 5. What was the length of the relationship? Please give start and completion dates (month, year). We have worked with Starmark from 2009 to the present. 6. Did the company provide options, ideas and/or incremental value to the project? Starmark brings to the table several options. For campaigns and multi-layered projects, the number of concepts delivered is always outlined in the SOW so both parties are aligned on project outcomes and expectations. Starmark also goes above and beyond their project assignments. For example, the Starmark team came to our office for a Lunch & Learn to share best practices with our Brand team. Other examples include Starmark working with us to deliver monthly invoicing and tracking to meet Kaplan's requirements and providing additional brainstorming and strategy thinking. Starmark is not an order taker, but has a point of view and will offer insights to get to the best work. 7. Please briefly summarize your experience with this company? Our experience with Starmark has been a very positive one. Towards the later half of 202, Starmark designed a campaign for our Business School. When other teams saw the work, they started requesting to work with Starmark. Currently we have 0-5 projects running at a time with 9 different internal clients. Our increased engagement with Starmark is testimony to their ability to deliver quality, well-thought out work at a fair price. Another important piece to the equation is the people. Our account team is dedicated, proactive, and enjoyable to work with. Starmark is seen not as on outside vendor, but an extension of our team. 8. Would you use Starmark International again? Would you recommend the company to others? Definitely. We have been working with Starmark and will continue to do so. They are very creative in advertising and the PR Team is awesome. We have seen many fabulous articles published in great magazines. They are very good a generating promotions using giveaway weekends, etc. I will say their digital capabilities are not their strong suit, however they are improving. 8.
