3 Scope of Services Pricing/Rates Media Buying Project $100/hr or 15% media commission Provide media planning and buying Includes print, TV, radio, online, outdoor Negotiate traditional and online media for best total value with respect to the campaign goals and delivery objectives Analyze online media delivery in real time making adjustments as needed to maximize ad performance and ROI Order and place media Confirm all insertion orders in writing Verify that schedules ran and billed as agreed. Negotiate make-good based on delivery commitments Provide a detailed online advertising report and an overall summary to accompany the monthly billing to the client Leverage advertising dollars by negotiating value added promotions dollars (e.g., vans tops, media co-promotions) MCCCD can pay for media buying services either by the hour for services rendered or with a 15% media commission. The media commission covers agency compensation for the following: Account management Media planning and buying Quarterly campaign performance reports 4

5 Pricing Schedule The pricing listed below is based on general project descriptions provided in the RFP and estimated on a onetime basis expect where noted. Detailed project estimates will be provided once the scope of work and creative concepts are defined. estimates are agency fees only. Hard costs and other incremental out-ofpocket expenses incurred on behalf of MCCCD are incremental to agency fees. Project Pricing 1. Writing Project $4,850-$6, Design Project $18,000-$22, Advertising Project $42,500-$58, Media Buying Project 15% commission = $7, Consulting / Management / Research Project $18,250-$22, Social Media $5,000 per month Agency fees and budget estimates are based on staff time required to plan and implement the approved scope of work on your behalf. Our standard agency contract includes Schedule A (which is shown here) and Schedule B (which is the approved Scope of Work that we would develop in collaboration with MCCCD).
