Bill Doescher, PMP, Principal Consultant, BMC Bill Doescher is a Principal Consultant and Product Development Director with Business Management Consultants based in Houston, Texas. In his 20 year career, he has led project teams in new product development, application development, technology introduction, project and portfolio management processes, business process change, and marketing program development. Mr. Doescher has a strong belief that projects are the instruments of change, and people are the power behind projects. For continued growth and evolution, businesses must be dedicated to improving their ability to translate strategy into projects, to enhancing the environment in which their projects operate, and to maturing the knowledge and skills of their project team members. Mr. Doescher has held engineering, engineering management, project and program management positions in the geophysical and high tech industries with Geosource, Compaq Computer and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Doescher earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Honors at the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. at the University of Houston. Anthony Eve, PMP, MAPM, P2 Practitioner, Partner, Vice President of BMC s Consulting Division Mr. Eve is a partner with Business Management Consultants and the Vice President of BMC s Consulting Division based in the South West of England where he also directs the UK Operations. He is an experienced project consultant and implementer of change with proven ability within a variety of industries demonstrated by the achievement of quality project work to budget and within timescale. Mr. Eve specializes in the design and implementation of project/program management systems with a particular strength in the people development areas of this discipline as well as management of complex change programs. His professional career of twenty years began within engineering, including the management of a small family business, before furthering his experience in Production Engineering, Project Management, Change Management, and the development of management systems. He has led a variety of multi disciplinary teams in project and change management and has a natural, successful style of management based on 3

Bob Gibson, PMP, Senior Consultant, BMC..Bob Gibson is also a Senior Consultant at Business Management Consultants, an international project management consulting firm. Mr. Gibson directs the activities of the company s Ottawa operations and works with firms and agencies regularly throughout the world. Nicos Kourounakis, MASc, MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA D Project Management & Strategy Consultant, OPM CG Mr. Kourounakis is a Project Management Consultant specializing in Project Portfolio Management and Organizational Project Management Maturity. He currently works as a Senior Consultant Project Methodologies at the European Commission at the Directorate General for Informatics (DIGIT). Before that, Mr. Kourounakis worked in London as a Programme Director and in the IT sector in North America and Europe both in large corporations and with smaller ventures and start ups where he was involved in international projects in Canada, United States, Ireland, Belgium, Austria and Greece. George Merguerian, BE, MBA, PMP, Senior and Managing Partner, Managing Director for Europe, BMC George Merguerian is Senior and Managing Partner of Global Business Management Consultants and Managing Director of its European Operations. Throughout his career, George held senior technical/engineering, line management, marketing and management development positions in multi national organisations from the Construction, Engine Manufacturing, Oil Services, Executive Development, Information Technology, and Consulting industries. He is an experienced project manager and implementer of Quality Systems with proven ability within a variety of industries demonstrated by the achievement of quality project work to budget and within timescale. Alan specializes in the design and implementation of project management methodologies and the tailoring of such methodologies to suit individual businesses. Alan s particular strength is in training the people to use the project management systems. His professional career of more than thirty years began within railway engineering and then aircraft engineering and communication systems, before furthering his experience in Quality Management, Project Management and the development of project management training systems working for a large UK IT Company. He has led a variety of multi disciplinary teams in project management and has a natural, successful style of management based on performance and team development. His recent projects have included creating a methodology for building power stations and power generation devices, a Job matching and Job Evaluation software and training project for the UK National Health Service and the introduction of a Project Management measurement tool for a multi national telecommunications company. His present part time project is to create a Thames Valley (Field) Hockey Centre of Excellence including an iconic pavilion, 2 state of theart pitches and a training area as well as re siting four tennis pitches.
