2 Who we are My Special Guest is a travel and retail consultant specialized in traffic building and strategic marketing, as well as in loyalty and CRM programs (main clients: fashion brands and department stores). In addition to this, it is an Italian Travel Concierge company selling shopping and design tourism experiences (we owe Regione Lombardia official licence of tour operator and travel agent).

3 What our idea is 1. CLOUD COMPUTING AND CONCIERGE SERVICES My Special Guest will develop an innovative cloud luxury club concierge, the first loyalty program putting together travel and retail services for high-end targets. The result will be the transformation of local customers into global ones.

4 What our idea is 2. LOYALTY PROGRAMS AND ACTIONS The loyalty system allows the collection and analysis of customers data in the different points of interest of a destination (airports, hotels, boutiques, etc.). RESULTS: - CRM enrichment - Market segmentation (nationalities, segments, experiences, passions, etc.) - Augmented brand awareness and value - Effective communication - Customer loyalty

5 What our idea is 3. TRAVEL AND RETAIL Data analysis will allow the company to develop and promote ad hoc travel proposals targeted to specific niche markets. This will enhance customers spending, which means higher sales for both tourism and satellite activities in the European Union. In addition to this, dedicated actions will be put in place in order to enhance tourism flows in low season, addressed to these targets: Europeans travelling into Europe Outbound tourists from other continents

TRAVEL AND RETAIL (CONT D) WHAT WE OFFER: Commercial activities towards Travel Agencies and Tour Operators in order to define cooperation agreements all over Europe Special interest itineraries (Design, Food & Wine, etc.) In-store Shopping Experiences Personal Concierge services Representatives in every country

7 Relevance and added value of the proposal Challenge To develop an innovative cloud loyalty system putting together travel and retail. The system will use ICT tools and strategies in order to totally dematerialize users as well as statistic, historic and control data by transferring them in a cloud structure. This will create a multi-channel loyalty program able to reach users anywhere, anytime and trough any online or offline device. Tracking, geo-localization and digital interaction systems (QR Codes, Beacon, NFC, etc.) will be introduced and mobile technologies will be emphasized.

8 Relevance and added value of the proposal Political commitment Milan is positioned as one of the main capital cities for Fashion, Shopping and Design. At the same time, Lombardy is home of both traditional and innovative quality production in the fields of Clothing, Home Furnishing and Gastronomy. For this reason the Region could act as a joining link between its businesses and other European counties, thus enhancing and strengthen the economic and cultural connections inside the European Union.

9 Relevance and added value of the proposal Sustainability My Special Guest is able to ensure project sustainability thanks to: 1. Long-term relationships established with different subjects (Luxury Fashion Brands, International Tour Operators, Outlet Villages, Tax Refund Companies); 2. Research & Development investments which started around five years ago in the field of CRM, Loyalty Programs and Traffic Building; 3. The replicability of the format in different cities all over Europe.
