2 OVERALL DESIGN STRATEGIES ENVISIONING A MULTI-LAYER CITY CENTER The competition brief for House of Fairytale envisio a new City Center and must-see attraction. It is required to design an organizational set-up of facilities and demotration areas that goes beyond the conventional understanding of a museum in order to make House of Fairytale into a world class project of such kind. Multi-layer composite of landscape and architecture is the key providing optimum integration with the surrounding, easy accessibility and URBAN Roof Building relating public space and exhibition functio in such way with each other, that areas for display become a permeable and multi-layer city center.
