Just three miles from Princeton University and off U.S. Route One, the first-class office and research buildings at College Park is also conveniently located near Amtrak/New Jersey Transit station for smooth commute to and from cities such as Manhattan, Philadelphia, or Washington. And it is only an hour s drive to 2 major airports: Newark International and Philadelphia International.

Four separate office buildings, each being four stories, are not only served by surfacing parking on the outer perimeter, but have additional parking spaces, in two double stories parking garages, doubling the overall parking capacity. Corporate tenants whose space requirement exceeds the square footage of any of the 4 stories office building, may expand to adjacent office building easily because of the connecting pavilion, that doubles up as formal extrances to the office buildings. plan building layout of college park III T O C O L L E G E P A R K I I I

Its syncopated rhythm of windows unifies the different buildings while allowing enough modulation to create identity between each part.

It is a connector for people to move from building to building and from building to paraking garages. Moreover, because special care was taken in designing this element, it becomes a focal point of the office campus. 11 H I G H C A P A C I T Y 2 parking garages: 1,756 lots Surface parking: 785 lots plan typical parking garage layout The footprint of the double storey car garages are more than twice that of the office building, and houses double the capacity of the surrounding surface parking. However, its mass square footage is offset by its low elevational profile, almost imperceptile oagainst the slightly contoured landscape, and foreground by the taller office buildings.
