All exhibits are inside. If you need to order tables and/or chairs, please complete the Booth Accessories Order Form and fax it to Moorea Marketing at by April 24th.

Generators are welcome and recommended. Propane is allowed on asphalt only. Please remember ALL of your employees will be carded at the event. If they are not of age, they will not be permitted to consume alcohol. Land Line phone service is not available at this facility. Please note: Cell phones are permitted and work in this facility. Please unload all vehicles on the asphalt portion of the show, DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS! When you are finished unloading show management will direct you to the vendor parking area. Some people will have Designated Driver tickets. These are NOT good for beer or bourbon and CAN NOT be redeemed at the stations or with any vendors. DON T DRINK AND DRIVE! Each vendor will receive four (4) staff badges. Badges can be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration. Your staff must wear these badges at all times. Staff badges will allow you to come and go at the show entrances/exits with ease. Each vendor will receive two (2) complimentary pilsners. You may purchase additional pilsners for a discounted price of $20. Glasses can be purchased at Exhibitor Registration. The sales tax on retail items being sold at this event is 7.5%. As a company selling items in the state of North Carolina you should be charging sales tax and then forwarding the money to the State of North Carolina. If any issues arise which require immediate assistance, please visit the show office located at the show entrance, top of the hill in the parking lot and a staff member will be there to assist you. You may also call our cell phone numbers listed herein. Be prepared for rain. The show will open rain or shine. Moorea Marketing will not be held responsible for any water damage. Exhibitors must not injure or deface the grounds, parking lot, grass or structures at SouthPark. When such damage occurs, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. The exhibitor shall comply with all reasonable requests of officials of

4 the venue. Exhibitor will be charged for cleanup caused by paint, oil, grease, adhesive materials, abrasives and for excessive debris left in exhibitor space. No dumping is allowed onsite of grease or grey water. Ice: Exhibitor Conduct: Liability: Ice will be available onsite to purchase for CASH ONLY in the form of 20lbs or 40lbs bags. There will be ice runners roaming the venue or you can stop by Exhibitor Registration to request ice. Exhibitors shall conduct and operate the exhibit so as not to annoy, endanger or interfere with the rights of other exhibitors and visitors. Moorea Marketing will NOT be responsible for an injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or to the exhibitor s employees or property from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability resulting directly or indirectly, or jointly, from other causes that arise because of the actions or omissions of its agents, employees or independent contractors, whether acting with or without the scope of their authority. Per your contract, all insurance forms need to be presented to event management prior to the show opening. NOTE: All exhibitors are responsible for their physical well being. Please be careful during set-up, tear-down and during the event. Be aware of your surroundings. An EMT will be available during the operational hours of the event, however, if you have an accident during set-up or tear-down there is no medical help onsite. Show Management has a first-aid kit for band aids, etc. at the Show Office but all exhibitors are encouraged to work carefully. Safety First! Amendments: Any matter not specifically covered by the preceding rules shall be subject solely to the discretion of Moorea Marketing. See the amendments below: 1. Decorations, signs, banners, etc. may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled or otherwise fastened to ceiling, walls, painted surfaces or columns, show tents or stages. 2. No holes may be drilled, cored or punched in any show property, including the asphalt. 3. No adhesive backed (stick on) decals or similar items may be distributed or used on show facilities.

5 4. Parking in loading dock and service drives, except for loading and unloading, is prohibited. Violators will be towed at their own expense and risk. 5. All freight and exhibit materials must enter the venue through the designated entrances. 6. Symphony Park at SouthPark Mall will not accept deliveries of freight, packages, cartons or mail for any exhibitor. All shipments should be arranged through Moorea Marketing at prior to April 24th. 7. All fire, safety and building regulations must be strictly followed. Particular attention should be paid to the prohibition against propane, acetylene and other flammable materials. 8. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all materials at the conclusion of the show. 9. Exhibitor shall obtain all permits and licenses, shall comply with all of the requirements and shall pay all taxes, fees and charges prescribed by federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. 10. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from serving alcohol or alcoholic paraphernalia to minors. All such sales will be grounds for dismissal from the event and immediate closure of exhibitor s booth. Attendees must be 21 years old to drink alcohol.

6 Tenting Notice Due to regulations at the SouthPark Mall and Mecklenburg County,all tents must be weighted down. Water bags & sand bags are highly recommended. No stakes or similar devices may be driven into the venue s ground. Please take this into consideration as you prepare to set up your exhibit at Symphony Park at the SouthPark Mall. NOTE: Exhibit space is on grass and asphalt. Please be prepared to accommodate both surfaces. Feel free to Moorea Marketing to request the location of your space prior to July 1 st.
