Secure Exchange Technology Innovations Mr. Marshall is Chairman of the Board/CEO of Secure Exchange Technology Innovations, and President and CEO of X-SES Consultants, LLC. Previously the VP of Cyber Programs at Triton FSI, he currently serves as a Board Member/Special Advisor to: Attensity; Auroras; Axon Global Services, Consulsys (India); GidGrid; Secure Cloud Systems, SignaCert, Zofia Consulting, LLC; Mobile Active Defense; International Cyber Security Advisory Dialogue Board; INVNT/IP Global Consortium; and the National Maritime Law Institute. He is a nationally and internationally recognized thought leader on cyber related policy, legal and technical issues. Mr. Marshall has been a keynote speaker on cyber executive leadership issues recently at conferences held in Germany, England, the United States, India, Moldova, China, Thailand and Switzerland. He is a Cyber Security commentator on CNN, BBC and for Politico and the New York Times. He provides an impressive professional network and is highly respected for facilitating program and contract development. Williams Vice President of Sales for Phoenix TS Phoenix TS is a world-class professional training and certification company servicing the US DoD, US civil government agencies, and the world-wide private sector with cyber security, leadership, and information technology services. Previously he was the Head of Business Development for (ISC)2 Americas, and Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for IT Professional Group, Inc, the company who manages that (ISC)2 division. Mr. Williams has over 17 years of experience in information technology, information security, and certification education. Mr. Williams has a diverse management and information security background, and has worked primarily in the U.S. DoD environment as an integrator and executive consultant to various military and civilian agency CIOs. Mr. Williams has authored numerous white papers and case studies related to enterprise systems management and supporting business processes with information technology. He has authored curricula in collaboration with Microsoft, Novell, and numerous training organizations and academic institutions. He has successfully developed and administered customized training programs for notable organizations in support of internal initiatives; among those successes are the programs he managed for the American Red Cross, The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, and The U.S. Senate. Mr. Williams holds various technical and professional industry certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioners (CASP) credential. He holds degrees in Computer Information Systems, and Information Security.

21 August 26, 2015 Topic The Business of Business Continuity After the tragedy of the September 11 th attacks, and the catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina, business continuity and disaster recovery became an urgent and critical focus for many industry leading organizations and federal government agencies. Unfortunately, not all organizations accepted the reality that it could happen to them, and still lack significant attention to disaster, and accidental and unintentional business interruption, preparedness,. For many of such organizations, there is an unclear understanding of how business continuity integrates with other business and assurance functions, and why it should be a concern that is front-and-center in the Board room. This presentation will assist organizational leadership to understand the why, what, and how of business continuity by discussing the business issues, business case, and business management solutions related to addressing operational disruptions. Among other topics, this presentation will provide guidance for establishing corporate structure, and the development of policy and high-level strategy, and tactical planning. The presenter will use real-world incidents and a case study to foster a focused and cohesive discussion.
