3 1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE 1.1. Points of Arrival in Kazan There are 3 official points of arrival in Kazan: International airport "Kazan" "Kazan-1" Railway station "Kazan-2" Transit Railway station Moscow airports will serve as transit airports: International airport "Sheremetyevo" Moscow airport "Domodedovo" Airport "Vnukovo" Within the period of July 17 August 18, 2015 such services as welcome and seeing off the Championships participants, as well as transfer, baggage inclusive, to the accommodation place and accreditation centre will be organised at these arrival points. Your arrival will be the most comfortable thanks to dedicated passport control booths with the Championships branding, customs corridors, information desks and navigation signage. Participants of the FINA World Championships are recommended to provide the Organising Committee with information on arrival and departure no later than 1 month before actual arrival in Kazan by filling out the application form in FINA GMS System. In case if the participants fail to provide their arrival and departure information within the deadlines indicated above, the Organising Committee will not guarantee proper arrival and departure services at the arrival and departure points. In case when the participants travel via Moscow transit airports, the Organising Committee recommends ensuring sufficient time between the flights (no less than 4 hours) while purchasing and booking the tickets. This time is required for going through passport and customs control procedures, baggage claim and checking in for the domestic flight. The Organising Committee doesn t provide transportation services between Moscow airports. 16 th FINA World Championships 2015 in Kazan 3

4 Documents required for entering/exiting the Russian Federation: a passport valid for at least six months after the expiry date of an accreditation certificate granting the right of visa-free entry to/exit from the Russian Federation or a valid Russian visa accreditation certificate/valid Russian visa migration card (keep your migration card secure until you leave the territory of the Russian Federation) Customs Procedures You may find all the reference materials covering the import and export of foreign goods into and from the Russian Federation, as well as border crossing and customs check-in regulations, on the official website of the Organising Committee: ("Crossing the Border" section) Lost Baggage Please make sure that a special baggage tag of the 16 th FINA World Championships is attached to each of your baggage items. A special baggage tag will be sent to the National Federations by the Organising Committee. If your baggage is lost or damaged, please contact the Organising Committee staff. They will help you to fill in the lost baggage forms Departure from Kazan Please check the time of your transfer to the airport and railway stations at the information desk of your accommodation place. In case of any changes of the departure time the FINA WCH participants must provide the relevant information to the Organising Committee staff at the Information desk or make changes in GMS. 6 2. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE MEMBERS AND GUESTS OF THE FINA FAMILY 2.1. General Information on the Transportation System of the Championships During the 16 th FINA World Championships 2015 in Kazan, the members and guests of the FINA Family will be provided with transportation services within the FINA rules and regulations. Transportation services will be provided during the period from July 17 to August 12, 2015, during the entire time of staying of the members and guests of the FINA Family, from the time of arrival until departure from Kazan. Transportation will be carried out by passenger cars, minivans and minibuses, in accordance with the number of vehicles available and according with the FINA requirements. The FINA Family members have also access to use shuttle bus system T3. Detailed information on the transportation services is available on the Transportation information desks and stands located on the territory of the Athletes Village, hotels, at the sports venues and in the official points of arrival. You may address your questions regarding the transportation services to the following Transportation to the Accreditation Centre Upon arrival in Kazan, a specially designated bus will take you to the FINA Accreditation Сentre located at the Korston Hotel. Centre operation time: July 14 August 16, :00 20:00 After the accreditation badge is well-received, all FINA Family members and guests have the right to use the transportation services as indicated on the badge. Passport that was used while registering in the FINA GMS System shall be obligatorily submitted to receive the badge. 7 2.3 Т1/Т2 Transportation Systems T1 - Car with a driver assigned to the clients of the Championships. T2 - Passenger car with a driver provided for free travel between the venues of the Championships, without assigning it to the client. T1 transportation services are intended for transporting between the competition and training venues, places of accommodation of the Championships client groups, places of the official events. T2 transportation services are intended for transporting between the competition venues, places of accommodation of the Championships client groups, places of official events of the Championships by reservation. T1 / T2 transportation services will be provided from 08:00 to 22:00 every day during the period from July 17 to August 12, If the competition ends after 22:00, the car remains in use, but no later than 2 hours after the end of the competition. 2.4 Procedures for Ordering and Provision of Transportation Services Upon arrival in Kazan, the transport under T1 system will be provided to the clients at 09:00 without a pre-order. If the transport under T1 system is needed earlier next day, you need to contact the Information desk manager and place an order specifying the time convenient for you. Ordering and pre-booking the transport for a specific time under the T2 system is performed at the Information desks located in the official hotels accommodating the FINA Family guests and at the sports venues. Orders are accepted from 08:00 to 20:00. If the competition ends after 22:00, the car remains in use, but no later than 2 hours after the end of the competition. To order the transport under the T2 system, contact the Information desk manager at the venue, and specify the time for delivery of the transport and the destination. The Information desk manager will inform you about the expected time and place of delivery of the transport, and if necessary, he will arrange escorting to the pick-up place. Waiting time for a car can take up to 30 minutes if there was no reservation. The transport manager can refuse the booking of car in case, if desired, all cars are already booked. In case if the client does not come at the stated time, the car will wait for the client no more than 20 minutes before leaving the pick-up area. 8 TМ T3 Transportation System Transportation on T3 system to the competition venues from accommodation and back will be organised by means of the shuttle bus system on regular routes. There will also be a special route from the "Kazan Arena" to the "Kazanka". For each route will be an assigned bus-stop area. Access to the shuttle bus system will be provided according to the accreditation badges. The service will also be able to take advantage of one attendant for each guest. ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING OF THE MEMBERS AND GUESTS OF THE FINA FAMILY 3.1 Accommodation in the hotels FINA Family members and guests are accommodated in the 5 hotels (Korston Royal 5*, Korston Tower 4*, Marriott, Ramada, Regata). All the hotels are located in close proximity to the sports venues, have well-developed infrastructure and provide necessary services. MEDICAL SERVICES Medical Services delivery during the Championships includes the following options: medical services for the participants, guests and spectators at all competition and training venues; medical services at the International Broadcasting Centre, FINA Water World Park; medical assistance at the places of residence; medical assistance during the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Championships; specialised medical care, including high-tech medical care in the hospitals of the Championships. Total summary of health encounters of the participants and guests of the Championships will be provided to the FINA sports medicine committee. Emergency medical services Participants and guests of the Championships will be able to call the 112 number for an ambulance team. 14 ACCOMMODATION CATERING TRANSPORTATION

15 Organisation of medical care at the competition and training venues of the Championships Medical services at the competition and training venues of the Championships will be delivered by the mobile medical team at the medical stations equipped with necessary medical equipment, bandaging material and medications. The ambulance team will be on duty within each competition and training venue. Medical stations in the International Broadcasting Center Appropriate medical assistance will be available at the medical stations of the International Broadcasting Centre. Medical assistance in the FINA Water World Park Medical assistance in the FINA Water World Park will be delivered by the medical station and the ambulance team. Medical stations in the official FINA hotels Medical assistance in the hotels, intended for the FINA representatives, will be provided in medical stations. Patients will be sent to the hospital of the Championships in cases when additional examination or hospitalization is needed. 16 th FINA World Championships 2015 in Kazan 15

16 Medical services in the Athletes Village Medical services in the Athletes Village are delivered 24/7 by the ambulance team, medical center with the pharmacy with medicines available for sale. Medical center is located next to the Main Information Center in the Athletes Village. During the period from 17 July to 20 August 2015 medical assistance in the medical centres will be available for accredited persons. The following services will be provided from 7am to 11pm: consultations of specialists on traumatology and orthopedics, surgery, urology, gynecology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, therapy, infection diseases, cardiology, neurology, infectious deseases, dentistry, exercise therapy and sports medicine; laboratory tests, functional diagnostics, ultrasound radiology (X-ray), endoscopy; physiotherapy. Emergency medical assistance will be provided from 11 pm to 7am. The doping control station is located in the Athletes Village Medical Center. Organisation of the medical assistance during the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Championships During the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Championships medical assistance will be provided by the mobile medical teams, medical stations and ambulance teams. 16 ACCOMMODATION CATERING TRANSPORTATION
