6 ANNUAL MEDICAL SERVICES We believe that the annual medical care in a multi-purpose clinic under the guidance of one General Practitioner (GP) who is in charge of all the stages of diagnostics, treatment and preventive care is an ideal solution. Therefore we made our best effort to work out the most convenient forms of annual service contracts, which include diagnostics, treatment, preventive care and rehabilitation. You won't need to pay for each visit to your doctor. The contract value is much lower than the value of all the services specified in the contract if provided separately. The services to be rendered under the contract comprise visits to the GP and other doctors, diagnostics (including laboratory research, ultrasound investigation, X-ray, electrocardiogram, computer tomography and magnetic resonance imaging and other types of research), treatment, 24-hour ambulance and trauma centre, physical therapy, common dental services, etc.
7 7 Types of contracts: Contract for annual care of adults and children shall provide for dental, ambulance and calling a doctor services. The contract value depends on the age of a patient and his/her address (distance from Moscow in order to understand where the ambulance and doctors should go). The contract value decreases when the contract is extended for the second and following years. You can also be entitled to a 10% discount if the contract is concluded for 3 and 3+ family members and to a 20% discount for inpatient care services within the term of the Contract. Contract for annual care of adults in a Family Medicine Centre. Family practitioners of the Centre are in charge of providing treatment in a clinic and inpatient centre, arranging consultations of the leading experts of Medicina Clinic and performing many diagnostic procedures on their own. We carry out various tests directly in the centre. You can contact the Administrator and make an appointment for any time which is most convenient for you. The program includes blood tests at the patient's home and in the patient's office, doctor visits to the patient's home and preventive medical examination (once a year). The cost of services in a Family Medicine Centre goes down when the contract is extended for the second and following years. You can also be entitled to a special discount if the contract is concluded and extended for 2 and 2+ family members and to a 20% discount for inpatient care services within the term of the Contract. Annual inpatient care. The annual inpatient care program in JSC Medicina inpatient centre provides for planned and emergency admission of patients suffering from therapeutic, surgery and gynecology pathologies, excluding the diseases which are not specified in the insurance cases. Pregnancy care contract. The contract value depends on the term of pregnancy and its complications, if there are any. In vitro fertilization (IVF). The contract on infertility treatment by way of in vitro fertilization can be concluded upon consultation with a gynecologist expert specializing in IVF.

Our specialists can perform medical tests of all organs and systems for all age groups, including infants and pregnant women, to which also belongs dopplerography, diagnostics of vessels. The experts of JSC Medicina can take test samples at your home or work. You can get laboratory research results by or phone 2 hours after samples are delivered to the laboratory. There are several versions of the menu which should be used on the basis of recommendations provided by a nutritional expert.
