The Private Jet Travel Card is the ideal solution for individuals or businesses that fl y 50 or fewer hours per year within the continental United States and/or Europe, prefer a short-term commitment, or simply want to experience NetJets. With the Private Jet Travel Card, you can access NetJets 25 hours at a time with no long-term commitment. Simply call with as little as ten hours notice, and your aircraft or a comparable or larger aircraft will be ready and waiting for you. 1 PAYMENT STRUCTURE The Private Jet Travel Card is sold in 25-hour increments of fl ight time with no long-term commitment. At the end of your term, you can purchase another Private Jet Travel Card or move to a NetJets Share TM or NetJets Lease TM. When you purchase a Private Jet Travel Card, you simply prepay for the 25 hours of occupied fl ight time for a large cabin aircraft within the continental United States and/or Europe. Additional fees and charges are assessed for each fl ight segment and include, but are not limited to, ground transportation, large catering orders, and applicable taxes. 25-Hour Cards You can purchase a 25-hour Private Jet Travel Card for a large cabin aircraft in the NetJets U.S. fl eet and NetJets Europe fl eet for an 18-month term. 2

Travel on Your Terms As a Private Jet Travel Card Owner, you have guaranteed aircraft availability with as little as ten hours notice. You have a dedicated Owner Services Team at your disposal around the clock. They know your personal preferences, your usual destinations, your favorite foods, and they get you where you want to go, when you want to go. Simply tell the team where and when you want to travel, and we handle all of the necessary arrangements. NetJets fl ies to thousands of airports in the U.S. and Europe, getting you closer to your destination without queues or connections. The service area for the Private Jet Travel Card includes the continental United States along with the European Union and Switzerland, not including Europe s high-density airports. 4 The Private Jet Travel Card provides service in the continental U.S. and/or certain European Airports Unmatched Experience NetJets works diligently to ensure that every Owner s experience exceeds their expectations. Your Account NetJets will provide a statement of your flight activity on a monthly basis. Your statement will detail hours flown, remaining hours, and fees associated with your travel activity. Private Jet Travel Card Owners have no more than 30 Peak Period Days per year. For fl ights on these days, 120 hours notice is required and additional restrictions apply.
