3 Welcome to SAP Learning Hub SAP Learning Hub is a cloud based solution that provides instant online access to the vast knowledge base from SAP Education with no need to schedule or travel to training. Get fast and easy access to all our latest learning materials for training as and when needed. SAP Learning Hub can be purchased for a single user or thousands of users - it is the perfect way to build and maintain SAP skills. To start your SAP Learning Hub trip, please take the following instructions. NEW USERS New Users are SAP students with no profiles setup in any sap.com sites and/or this is your first SAP Education enrollment. Please take the following steps to setup to your profile. 1. Go to 2. Click on the Register link at the top-right corner of the screen. 3. Fill out all necessary registration fields in the Registration Screen: 3

4 * required fields 4. Read the SAP Privacy Policy 5. Acknowledge that you have read the SAP Privacy Policy by selecting the checkbox and click on the Submit Details button 6. You will receive a registration confirmation like below. Click on Log in button to log in. 7. To view the available SAP Learning Hub subscriptions, click on the SAP Learning Hub tab. Or if you like to access the free SAP Learning Hub Discovery Edition, click on Register & Discover for Free button. 4

5 8. Select the SAP Learning Hub Edition that you like to purchase 9. Click on the Add to basket button to add the SAP Learning Hub Edition to your basket. 5

6 10. Click on Proceed to basket to go to your basket 11. Click on Proceed to checkout 6

7 12. Your details should be pre-populated (if you are logged in). Please review your information and make changed if needed. Acknowledge that you have read the SAP Privacy Policy by selecting the checkbox and click on the Submit Details button. * required fields 13. Confirm that you accept the terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox and click on the Submit order button. 7

8 14. You will then get to the Booking Confirmation page. Please keep your transaction reference codes or take a screenshot of the booking confirmation screen for future page. 15. You will receive a training confirmation letter. When you have received your training confirmation letter, please refer to Chapter 2 - Users with sap.com account and booking with SAP to start with your learning hub training. 8

9 Please note the enrollment confirmation can take up to 48 hours to receive. If you haven t receive your enrollment confirmation from SAP Education within 48 hours, please contact your regional Education team or e-learning@sap.com for support. EXISTING USERS If you have Learning Hub bookings with SAP and you have already received the training confirmation letter, your S-user should already been created. Please refer to the following two scenarios to start your Learning Hub courses. 9

10 Users with sap.com account and LH booking with SAP If you have an account with a sap.com site and received a training confirmation letter from SAP Education, please use your frequently used account to log in to the training site. 1. Go to click on the Login link and log in with your frequently used account. 2. Click on the My Profile button at the top-right corner of the screen. And then select S-user Management, this will take you to S-user management area. 3. Insert your S-user number and the initial password to the Assign New S-user area and click on Add New S-user button. If you haven t received your initial password to your S-user, please contact your regional Education team or support team e-learning@sap.com. 10

11 4. Your S-user will be updated in the Current S-user Assignment area and on the right side of your name. 5. Click on My training button and select training. This will take you to the training course area. 11

12 6. Click on the title of HUB subscription (For example, HUB020 SAP Learning HUB, customer edition as follows) 7. Click on the Go to Learning Hub button. You will be automatically sign in Learning Hub training system. 8. To get more information regarding navigation in Learning Hub system, please refer to the following user guide. Users without sap.com account and with LH booking with SAP If you do not have a profile registered to any sap.com sites, and you have received the training confirmation letter. Please take the following steps to begin your Learning hub training. 12

13 1. Go to and click on Login link 2. Please enter the S-Userid as your user name and initial password. If you have not received this information please contact your regional Education Team or for assistance. Note: Your S-user number should be the PT number in your training confirmation letter. For example, if you receive the following confirmation letter, your S-user number should be S If you have not received your S-User ID information yet, please contact your regional Education Team. 13

14 3. Click on the My Profile button at the top-right corner of the screen. And then select S-user Management, this will take you to S-user management area. 4. Insert your S-user number and password to the Assign New S-user area and click on Add New S- user button. 5. Your S-user will be updated in the Current S-user Assignment area and your S-user will be displayed beside your name in the upper right of the screen. 14

15 6. Click on My training button and select training. This will take you to the training course area. 7. Click on the title of HUB subscription (For example, HUB020 SAP Learning HUB, customer edition as follows) 8. Click on the Go to Learning Hub button. You will be automatically sign in Learning Hub training system. 15

16 9. To get more information regarding navigation in Learning Hub system, please refer to the following user guide. Users with sap.com account and without LH booking with SAP If you have a sap.com account and you don t have any SAP Learning Hub(LH) enrollment, please take the following steps. 1. Go to click on the Login link and log in with your sap.com account 2. If you have not yet associated your S-user to your profile, click on the My Profile button at the topright corner of the screen. This will take you to the S-user Management screen. Or if you don t have a S-user, please go to step 5. 16

17 3. Enter your S-user number and the initial password to the Assign New S-user Fields and click on Add New S-user button. If you haven t received your initial password to your S-user, please contact your regional Education team or support team e-learning@sap.com. 4. Once you have completed this step, you will see your S-User ID beside your name in the upper right corner and the My Training option. 17

18 5. To purchase a learning hub subscription, please click on the tab SAP Learning Hub. Or if you want to access Learning Hub discovery edition, please click on Register & Discover for Free button. 6. Select the Learning Hub Edition that you want to purchase 18

Our Support is available from the global SAP E-Learning Support Team 24 hours a day, 5 days per week. This support service is only available through the English language. Please also supply your S-User ID in all correspondence. 22
