1 SOUTH DAKOTA OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP The South Dakota Board of Regents officially recognizes seniors committed to academic excellence by making available the South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship to those graduating seniors attending South Dakota schools that are accredited by the North Central Association with: 1.
