11 P-CEP Online Course Requests Through Zangle Student Connection Logon to MISTAR StudentConnect at Choose the row with the school year Click on the + next to Requests (on the left side) Your current requests will be displayed. Click Add Requests to add requests. HINTS: Scroll down to the course you want to select. Click on the course name to select. Click on Add Selected Class. Click on a class to view more information about the course including credit for the class. The credit for each class will also be displayed above after you click Add Selected Class. Your total credits requested should equal 6. Some courses require applications to be approved by a teacher. If you have one of these courses listed on your card, you should enter your 2nd choice Class in MISTAR as part of your 6 credits. When we receive the approval from the teacher, we will remove your backup class and enter the class you were approved for.

These are the course prefixes for most departments 02 Art 06 Health 10 PE 03 Business 07 Fam & Cons. Sci. 11 Science 04 English 08 Math 12 Social Studies 05 World Language 09 Music 13 CTE Do not enter alternates into MISTAR (but DO put them on your card so the counselors know what you want if your first choice is not available) After entering all your course requests, You must click Submit to save changes. Turn in Course Request Card to your 3rd hour teacher - by Friday, March 6th.

13 If you are behind in credits (ESPECIALLY MATH), please see your counselor for some possible options that may include Summer School, Fast Track, and E2020 classes Grade Classifications 12 th Grade: 14.0 credits or more 11 th Grade: 9.0 credits or more 10 th Grade: 4.0 credits or more REMEMBER YOU NEED 22 CREDITS TO GRADUATE!!

14 Balanced Schedule=Balanced Student. Talk to your teachers about classes in their department. They know you and the courses the best. All signatures required on course selection form. Counselors will be available outside the cafeteria during lunches on Thursday, March 5. Online Course Selection is February 26-March 5 Cards returned to 3 rd hour teachers on Friday, March 6 th.
