3 Course Work for Students Freshman and Sophomores Baking and Food Science Culinary Preparation I Culinary Preparation II Juniors and Seniors Culinary Arts I Culinary Arts II Three hours a day ProStart National Restaurant Assoc Curriculum Classroom, Labs, Written and Practical Exams Students will develop high level skills and competence demanded in the food service industry. Student get hands on training on how to run a restaurant.
